[PvP] Tag paused
While inside a battleground or arena, other queues must be paused. At the moment you can get a proposal for a BG while already inside another BG
[PvP] Arena rating reset every days
Currently when you play Arena and log in the next day, your rating and match count have reset, and you find yourself with zero matches played.

Description of the bug
If you relog while in Battleground ( example ) , when you log back you will be out and give you Deserter debuff

[Engineering] trainer issue Unstable Temporal Time Shifter
The current trainers for Battle for azerot Engineering doesnt train u the rank 1 of [Unstable Temporal Time Shifter]

The Profesion trainer should train u with this at level 85 of Engineering and right now it doesnt.

[Protection] Free Revenge Summary:
Currently when you get a Free Revenge while you have less than 30 rage you can't consume it until you reach the necessary rage, it only happens when you spend rage with spells and you get revenge buff while having less than 30 rage, if you get the buff while having more than 30 rage then you can use it everytime.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start combat with enemies.
2. Use rage spenders (Ignore pain, Revenge, Shield Block)
3. try to use free Revenge when you have less than 30 rage.
Expected Result:
The free Revenge should be able to be used even if you don't have enough rage to use it.
Actual Result:
You can't use the free Revenge unless you have 30 rage after using rage spenders (ignore pain, revenge, shield block)

Some players may still have essences slot unlocked after the 35 neck revert, relock the milestones if they don't meet the level.
