Hello everyone, as previously announced our staff  work hasn't stopped and today we bring you some big news! We are officially updating the current content patch to 10.0.5 on the 19th February 2024. For those of you that dont know what that entails, we will now provide all the info you will need to know in order to take the best advantage of the new systems and content.

MAGE TOWER

Mage Tower, a permanent feature reintroduced in Patch 10.0.5, offers players the opportunity to engage in 7 distinct challenges, each yielding unique rewards. Originally from the Legion expansion, Mage Tower  makes a return in Dragonflight 10.0.5.

Azeroth's champions can now venture into the revamped Mage Tower, where completing the 7 challenges will unlock various rewards. The structure operates similarly to its Legion counterpart, allowing players to repeatedly attempt the original 7 challenges, categorized by their specialization's role.

To enhance your chances of success, explore class guides tailored for a smoother experience before undertaking the challenges. Best of luck on your quest!

TRADING POST

Introducing the Trading Post, a fresh feature arriving in Stormwind City and Orgrimmar. Engage in monthly activities to accumulate currency for sprucing up your characters with cosmetic transmogs, pets, and mounts—expect a monthly infusion of new items and activities.

The Trading Post, comprised of T&W (Tawny and Wilder) and Zen’shiri Trading Posts, will set up shop just outside the Mage District in Stormwind and beside Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar.

To snag these exclusive cosmetic items, you'll need to acquire a new account-wide currency called Trader's Tender. This can be obtained in two ways:

Automatically every month: Logging in and visiting the Trading Post lets you collect 500 Trader's Tender from the Collector’s Cache. Completing monthly activities in the Traveller's Log: They offer the chance to earn additional 500 Trader's Tender.

Trading Post Requirements:

Character must be at least level 10 to access the Adventure Guide. https://www.wowhead.com/guide/trading-post/overview

THE STORM'S FURY

Introducing the New Primal Storms Event - Storm's Fury, launching with Patch 10.0.5! This event occurs every five hours, activating a Temporal Conflux portal in Thaldraszus.

Engage in the storm and earn Essence of the Storm, exchangeable for exciting rewards like the Skyskin Hornstrider mount or the adorable Time-Lost Vorquin Foal pet. Additionally, obtain items to withstand the storm, as the Primalists attempt to freeze their enemies to the bone. Don't miss out on the tempestuous action!

REVIVAL CATALYST

The Revival Catalyst empowers you to transform non-tier gear into an equivalent item level and gear slot Tier piece. Please note that Tier slots cannot be crafted from gear. To utilize the Catalyst, you'll need Renascent Lifeblood charges. These charges are earned passively on a weekly basis, account-wide, with a maximum cap of 6.

To access the Revival Catalyst, embark on the quest "Reviving the Machine" from Watcher Koranos in Valdrakken. Unleash the potential to elevate your gear to new heights! https://www.wowhead.com/guide/revival-catalyst-dragonflight

CONQUEST AND VALOR CAP UPDATE

Starting with 10.0.5 we're lifting the caps on the amounts of Conquest and Valor that players can earn and hold. This change will persist throughout the remainder of Dragonflight Season 1.

In the early stages of the season, these caps served to alleviate the sense of falling behind for many players in PvP and Mythic gear. However, as of right now, we aim to provide players with the freedom to swiftly gear up alts or return to the game after a hiatus, ensuring they can catch up without encountering any caps.

NEW TWIST: DRAGON RACING IN REVERSE

Discover a thrilling twist in Patch 10.0.5 – dragon racing now features reverse routes! Familiar paths take on a new challenge as you navigate them in the opposite direction, injecting a fresh excitement into this beloved Dragonflight activity.

To join a reverse race, showcase your mastery by completing the course in the standard direction. Earn "bronze," "silver," and "gold" achievements based on your finishing time, contributing to larger location-based meta-achievements for added competition.

For those mastering reverse racing, the ultimate reward awaits – the prestigious "Reverse Racer: Gold" title is reserved for those showcasing exceptional skill and precision by earning gold in all courses.

And that's it for now. We will keep hard at work to bring you the next content patch, 10.0.7 is already on the horizon! Hope you will have a great time with this new content patch. See you in game. The Firestorm Staff

Dragonflight - Season 1

Greetings, players!

With Dragonflight here, it is time to access the content of Season 1. As announced in the Expansion Release post, most content will be available alongside Season 1 and released on Monday 18th, at 10:00 (server time). In this post, we will enter details and specifics about the content that will be unlocked now. Therefore, we will avoid explaining what we've already explained before and will mainly specify the new Season 1 content that will be available. Here we go!

RAID - VAULT OF THE INCARNATES

This raid will finally open its doors, and all eight bosses will be available to be challenged! Each boss will use different mechanics and will have unique complexities, making each boss encounter unique. While all of them will be available since the release of Season 1, the Mythic mode will not be implemented until mid-late January, giving players about one month to conquer the entire raid on the other difficult modes.

The bosses on the raid will follow the next order, from left to right:

From that list, we can distinguish three different types of bosses: The first four bosses (Eranog, Primal Council, Terros and Sennarth), Wing Bosses (Dathea, Ascended and Kuros Grimtotem) and the Final Bosses (Broodkeeper Diurna and Raszageth).

The bosses follow the next loot table:

Difficult Bosses 1 - 4 Wing Bosses Final Bosses Raid Finder 376 382 385 Normal 389 395 398 Heroic 402 408 411 Mythic* 415 421 424

*Note: Mythic mode will be available in mid-late January.

All the remaining information about the raid (additional rewards, transmog sets, unique items) can be seen here.

MYTHIC DUNGEONS

Season 1 starts the seasonal affix Thundering, a new 8 Mythic dungeon pool rotation and an increase in item level rewards. We are going to mention them here briefly:

As we specified before, the 8 Mythic dungeon pool of this season will be the following ones:

Check this link for more specific information about the Mythic dungeons this season (like detailed class guides and dungeon guides).

PRIMAL STORMS AND WORLD BOSSES

The Primal Storms will be the primary way to get PvE gear before adventuring on dungeons, raids, or trying to take down World Bosses. It will allow players to adventure in periodic Open World events, take down enemies, and get currencies to buy and upgrade gear.

Elemental Overflow (the main currency that drops from Primal Invasion) from almost all mobs in the invasion. Elemental Overflow purchases the Rare quality (ilvl 359) gear from invasions. Storm Sigil (a weekly currency) can be obtained once per type of invasion per week. Storm Sigils are used to upgrade Rare-quality invasion gear into Epic quality gear (ilvl385).

You may check this guide for more information about Primal Storms.

World Bosses will be the next step to getting more powerful gear. They will follow a weekly rotation in which only one boss will be available each time:

Basrikron (The Waking Shores) → Strunraan (Ohn'ahran Plains) → Bazual (The Azure Span) → Liskanoth (Thaldraszus).

The gear obtained from each boss will be limited. All the pieces will be ilvl 395. Each boss will drop one piece of equipment of each type and an extra one (5 in total):

World Boss Cloth Leather Mail Plates Extra Basrikron  Belt of Living Earth  Stony Cragwalkers  Petrified Bracelets  Hardened Shale Breastplate  Earthspeaker's Brooch Strunraan  Stormshale Cuffs  Tights of Twisting Winds  Storm Chaser's Waistguard  Striders of the Sky's Misery  Static-Charged Scale Bazual  Magmatic Vestments  Cinderfang Wrap  Basalt Brood Stompers  Shackles of the Dreaded Flame  Smoldering Sulfuron Signet Liskanoth  Frozen Footwraps  Glacial Bindings  Horns of the Futurebane  Icebound Girdle  Frosted Scale Drape

There's more specific information about each boss, locations, attacks, etc... in this guide.

CRIMSON GLADIATOR PvP SEASON

The PvP Season 1, Crimson Gladiator, and the ranking will officially start for Arenas, Rated Battlegrounds, and Solo Queue. Since the entire Season is linked with the 3 mechanics, we will describe each mechanic and mention item ilvls, costs and rewards, and all possible achievements. However, remember that the Seasonal Gladiator rewards will be adjusted once the Season ends to match the total number of players who participated in it and the maximum rating achieved during the season.

First, players can get Drakebreaker Gear in Valdrakken this season using Bloody Tokens. These tokens will be obtained automatically by having Warmode on and doing World Quests after reaching level 70. This is the most basic PvP gear with custom PvP bonuses and two, four and six-piece sets. The pieces have base ilvl 366.

The Drakebreaker Gear pieces can be upgraded to ilvl 385 using Trophy of Strife, a currency type of item that can be earned doing one of the four Sparks of Life quests delivered by various NPCs.

The following gear would be the Honor gear. This gear can be purchased using Honor, obtained from any PvP activity. Honor gear has a base item level of 340 (scaled up to 411 in PvP), and the base item level can be upgraded using Honor:

Armor Slot Purchase (ilvl 340) Rank 2 (ilvl 346) Rank 3 (ilvl 353) Rank 4 (ilvl 359) Rank 5 (ilvl 366) Helm, Chest, Legs 875 500 625 1000 1250 Shoulders, Gloves, Feet 700 400 500 800 1000 Cloaks, Bracers, Rings, and Belt 525 300 400 600 750 One-Hand Weapons 875 500 625 1000 1250 Gladiator Trinkets 525 300 375 600 750 DPS Trinkets 700 400 500 800 1000 Two-Hand Weapons 1750 1000 1250 2000 2500 Off-Hands 425 250 300 500 625

Finally, the best PvP gear would be the Conquest one. The primary source of Conquest is winning rated arenas and battlegrounds. There is a weekly Conquest cap of 550, which is raised by 550 every week.

To purchase the gear, you will need the following Conquest points:

Armor Slot Conquest to purchase Two-Hand weapons 1800 One-Hand weapons 900 to 1350 Helm, Chest, and Legs 875 Shoulders, Gloves, and Feet 700 Trinkets (DPS) 700 Trinkets (Gladiator) 525 Cloaks, Bracers, Rings, and Belt 500 Off-Hands Weapons 450

Despite the gear costing Conquest to be purchased, it will then cost Honor to be upgraded. The base item level will be 382 (upgradeable with Honor points) and will scale up to ilvl 424 in PvP (the highest ilvl during the Season). To upgrade the Conquest gear, you need a specific seasonal arena rating as requirement:

Upgrade level Rating Requirement 1 -> 2 Combatant I (1000) 3 Combatant II (1200) 4 Challenger I (1400) 5 Challenger II (1600) 6 Rival I(1800) 7 Rival II(1950) 8 Duelist (2100) 9 Elite (2400)

Finally, there will be a weekly arena rotation to ensure that players have a plan of what arenas they could encounter and strategies for them. The rotation will be as follows:

Pool A Pool B Pool C Nagrand Arena Nagrand Arena Nagrand Arena Dalaran Arena Ruins of Lordaeron Hook Point The Tiger's Peak The Tiger's Peak Tol'viron Arena Enigma Crucible Empyrean Domain Ashamane's Fall Empyrean Domain Blade's Edge Arena The Robodrome Ashamane's Fall Maldraxxus Coliseum Mugambala Maldraxxus Coliseum Black Rook Hold Arena Enigma Crucible Nokhudon Proving Grounds Nokhudon Proving Grounds Nokhudon Proving Grounds

There will be rewards for the season's top players when Season 1 ends and we move to the next one. As we said before, we cannot specify how many players for each tier will win, primarily since most achievements and rewards are obtained during the season and not at the end.

New Gladiator title: Crimson Gladiator (and achievement Crimson Gladiator: Dragonflight Season 1).  New Solo Queue title: Crimson Legend (and achievement Crimson Legend: Dragonflight Season 1). New Gladiator mount: Crimson Gladiator's Drake (and achievement Crimson Gladiator's Drake). Unique Dragonriding appearance: Highland Drake: Embodiment of the Crimson Gladiator. Unique Gladiator weapon illusion and pennant. New Gladiator Tabard: Crimson Gladiator's Tabard. New Gladiator cloak: Crimson Gladiator's Prestigious Cloak. New Vicious mounts: Vicious Sabertooth for the alliance and Vicious Sabertooth for the horde.

Dragonflight
Dragonflight - Expansion Available

Greetings, players!

It's finally here! The official release of the Dragonflight live realm, Valdrakken, happened on Monday, December 11th! The time to spread your wings and explore the Dragon Isles finally arrived!

It's been in development for over a year now and in Beta status for 2 months, but it's finally in a state where we can confidentially say it's stable and with lots and lots of content, since pretty much the entire patch has been scripted and implemented! The time spent on the Closed and Open Beta paid off, and we want to thank everyone who supported us by reporting issues and causing crashes on the realms, helping us identify them, and fixing them!

Of course, and as we always do, every character from Oribos will be copied over to Dragonflight on December 9th, 2023. However, to keep a healthy economy and give a chance to new players, a few limitations will be applied in terms of gold and tradeable items. The gold on the characters will be limited to 1.000 gold coins per character over level 30. Lower-level characters or deleted characters will have their gold set to 0. The gold on the mailbox will be deleted. The auction houses will end and return to the mailbox automatically, and the guild banks will be emptied (items and gold). This is not a start from scratch!

We will be giving a special and unique reward for those players who connect during the first week of release of Dragonflight (December 11th - December 18th), so don't forget to connect in time and get yours as well! More info at the bottom!

Similarly to what we did with the Development Blog, we will describe every feature of the new expansion, what to expect from it, and how extensive it'll be. Unless we specify the contrary, each described feature will be 100% implemented and should work as intended! Enjoy!

RAID - VAULT OF THE INCARNATES

The first raid of the expansion introduced 8 new bosses with new systems. The raid will not be available during launch, but it will be open a week later alongside Season 1 (December 18th, 2023). When it becomes available, every difficult mode except Mythic will be available.

"The Primalists breached the Titan prison used to hold the Incarnates for millennia. Within, Raszageth performs a foul ritual to unleash her siblings, so together they can purge the world of the Titans' influence. The champions of Azeroth must assault this impregnable fortress and break their defences to end this threat. While many could fall, defeat condemns all the realms to the Incarnates' reign of fire and blood."

Vault of the Incarnates (guide):

Wing 1 - The Primal Bulwark Eranog, Primal Commander: He leads his Primalist forces with a combination of brutal attacks and cunning strategies. This boss consists of a normal phase with a few mechanics (limiting the amount of space your raid can use, as well as spawning some enemies), followed by a short intermission which serves as a damage check, allowing your raid to create a safe corridor from marching fire elementals. Dathea, Ascended: She is the fifth boss in the raid. Dathea has mastery over the storm and will attempt to kill players using various winds, tornadoes, and knockback effects. The Primal Council (Embar Firepath, Opalfang, Kadros Icewrath, and Dathea Stormlash): This encounter consists of four different bosses, each having mastery over a different element. During the fight, all 4 bosses will attack at the same time, and one of the mechanics will be using the bosses' own abilities to fight other bosses.   Wing 2 - Caverns of Infusion Kurog Grimtotem: This is the sixth boss of the raid. The boss offers a unique fight because his abilities change depending on which part of the encounter area he is in. The room is split into 5 sections, with the outside 4 sections being split equally into Flame, Frost, Earth, and Storm. The centre section is an elemental convergence which the boss will jump to during the intermission, but he cannot be tanked in the centre during the regular phases due to quickly ramping raid damage. Sennarth, the Cold Breath: Being the fourth boss, the fight revolves around having to survive the boss' attempts to pull players off the ledge or encase them in webs before reaching the final platform. The final platform itself is a race against time to defeat the boss before the raid is overwhelmed. Terros: The second boss of the raid, it will always be in the centre of the room and cannot be moved. Terros' key ability is a huge hit that needs to be soaked by the raid and spawns rock pillars that must be destroyed by the tank. Each time it reaches 100 energy, Terros will obliterate a quarter of the room, making it inaccessible and putting a time limit on the encounter.   Wing 3 - Fury of the Storm Broodkeeper Diurna: The seventh and second to last boss. This encounter takes place in a room filled with unhatched eggs protected by her and her Primalist Reinforcements. The main objective will be to prevent the eggs from hatching and defeating the enemies before getting overwhelmed.  Raszageth the Storm-Eater: The last and main boss of the entire raid, featuring a three-phased fight with two intermissions. Raszageth has several storm and lightning-themed abilities that will try to kill players before they can defeat her. During the intermissions, your raid will be fighting various reinforcements summoned by Raszageth to weaken the Vault of the Incarnates.

DRAGONFLIGHT DUNGEONS

The 8 new dungeons of Dragonflight will be available as soon as the realm opens, providing the first reliable and extensive PvE content of the expansion.

Algeth'ar Academy (guide): It is a legendary place of higher learning for all dragons, where they share their history and knowledge. Though it fell dormant with the rest of the Dragon Isles, it has recently reopened and is back under the guidance of Headteacher Doragosa.  Vexamus: This is the first boss, summoned by Professor Maxdormu as a lesson brought to life. Overgrown Ancient: The second boss, the result of the abuse of magic done by Professors Mystakria and Ichistrasz.  Crawth: Nesting on the sporting grounds of the old academy, Crawth loudly and violently objects to those who would reclaim the space of the Talon Toss Pitch arena. Echo of Doragosa: The last boss is a complex simulacrum of the Headteacher Doragosa, made to take care of any day-to-day tasks and upkeep while the Isles lay dormant.   Brackenhide Hollow (guide): The largest gnoll home in the Dragon Isles, yet the wild gnoll settlement holds unspeakable danger. Decay seeps from the Hollow, spreading among the gnoll tribes of the Azure Span and threatening to rot away all life. In the heart of the Hollow lies the leader of the Brackenhide and the knowledge she gleefully shares with her withered kin. Hackclaw's War-Band: This one, and her compatriots, Gashtooth and Tricktotem, have risen up as a deadly War-Band among the Brackenhide. Treemouth: Withered by decay, this once proud ancient has been dubbed Treemouth by the gnolls. Gutshot: This sharpshooting gnoll has mastered the art of hunting, trapping, and killing her prey. Decatriarch Wratheye: She discovered decay magic in her thirst for power and declared herself the Decatriarch after mastering it. She now builds the strength of the Brackenhide by spreading her dark magic among her tribe, so the Tuskarr and all the Azure Span will rot in its wake.   Halls of Infusion (guide): Deep beneath Tyrhold, its structure was built upon an ancient wellspring, the waters of which were channelled by Keeper Tyr to feed the Life Pools of the Red Flight. Now that the Dragon Isles have reawakened, Primalist forces have invaded these halls. Have they come to destroy the facility... or to reveal secrets that Tyr left behind? Watcher Irideus: He has performed his duties of protecting and maintaining the Halls of Infusion to perfection... until now. Caught off guard by the Primalists' incursion, he was overwhelmed by the elemental forces they unleashed. Gulping Goliath: Sire to countless generations of hornswogs, the Goliath and his brood have thrived upon the unprocessed waters of the wellspring. Khajin the Unyielding: He Seethes with hatred for Keeper Tyr for tampering with the ancient wellspring beneath Tyrhold. He would see the world freed from the malignant legacy of the Titans... at any cost Primal Tsunami: A primal elemental landscape of unfettered power summoned by Infuser Sariya to restore the world to what it once was.    Neltharus (guide): Home of the black dragonflight's hoard and the secrets behind their legendary forging. When the djaradin woke from their slumber, they chose Neltharus as the point of entry for their attack. Chargath, Bane of Scales: He plans their next offensive and awaits with eager anticipation the opportunity to display his expertise. Forgemaster Gorek: He harnesses the igneous power of the massive forge to construct deadly weaponry. Magmatusk: A behemoth of a mammoth bent on sheer destruction, created by an experimental potion gone awry by the djaradin. Warlord Sargha: Leader of the Qalash djaradin. She has been in search of anything that would increase the power of her clan and help take down their draconic enemies.   Ruby Life Pools (guide): As the ancestral nesting grounds of the five flights, the Ruby Life Pools is a sacred place. The Red Dragonflight, whose charge it is to nurture all life, protect these pools and the future of all dragonkind to thrive. However, Raszageth and her Primalists have come to steal that future away and infuse their own powers into the sacred pools. Melidrussa Chillworn: She leads the Primalist infusion efforts in the Ruby Life Pools. Kokia Blazehoof: She is in charge of capturing precious eggs from overwhelmed defenders while spreading flame and havoc as she goes. Kyrakka and Erkhart Stormvein: They roam the skies above the Ruby Life Pools, coordinating attacks on the shrine below, while also taking out any interfering dragons.   The Azure Vault (guide): Created by Malygos as a place for Sindragosa to catalogue and store away curious magical artefacts he found. Locked away and deserted millennia ago, the Vault has since fallen into disrepair, leaving it vulnerable to attacks from without… and within. Leymor: Born of a humble seedling that Malygos found in a pool of ley energy, the looming giant would surely overrun the entirety of the Azure Vault. Azureblade: She refused to leave when it was sealed, choosing duty over safety. When the blue dragons failed to return, her bitter resignation drove her to eventual madness Telash Greywing: Determined to find the secrets that Sindragosa has been hiding in the Arcane Vault Umbrelskul: unwittingly meddled with raw arcane power millennia ago and riddled with crystalline growths, he was sealed and in a sleeping stasis until now.   The Nokhud Offensive (guide): Primalists summon elemental forces, and necromancers command the spirits of legendary centaurs. Beset by enemies, the other Maruuk clans rally. The Nokhud tyrant, Balakar Khan, watches from afar, bellowing commands. Relentless enemy offences will continue until his forces submit. The battlefield awaits. Granyth: He casts his shadow over the plains of Ohn'ahra, appearing as an omen of death and destruction. The Raging Tempest: It's an avatar of the storm coalesced by Balakar's stormcasters. Teera and Maruuk: The spirits of the first matriarch, Teera, and the centaur's greatest warrior, Maruuk, have risen from their graves, resurrected by Ukhel necromancers. Balakar Khan: He is the ruthless leader of Clan Nokhud who wants to seize the Windmother's power.   Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr (guide): Uldaman is an ancient Titan vault that was buried deep within the Earth since the world's creation. Dwarven excavations have recently penetrated this forgotten city, releasing the Titans' first failed creations: the Troggs. Some rumours even suggest that the dwarves' stone-skinned ancestors, the earthen, still dwell deep within the city's hidden recesses. The Lost Dwarves: Lured by ancient knowledge, untold riches and worldwide fame, they have spent underground a bit too long, as their scrambled senses are preventing them from recognizing whether someone is friend... or foe. Bromach: Chieftain of the Stonevault Troggs, a brutal bunch who believe that Uldaman's treasures belong to them Sentinel Talondras: She was charged with defending the route to the disc holding Tyr's memories, and is determined to keep the unworthy from laying claim to her maker's legacy. Emberon: Forged by the skilled hands of Keeper Archaedas long ago, he was imbued with the ability to unleash searing flames upon any who seek to plunder the Titans' secrets. Chrono-Lord Deios: He intends for his flight to control the timeways and to usher in the coming of the one true Aspect, whose dominion shall be... Infinite.

DRAGONFLIGHT MYTHIC  DUNGEONS

Similar to what happens with the raids, the Mythic dungeons will not be available until Season 1 starts (on December 18th, 2023). Every Mythic dungeon will be available instantly. The same system we saw during Season 4 of Shadowlands will be applied here, where 4 dungeons will be from the current expansion, and the other 4 will be from the previous expansion:     Algeth'ar Academy (Dragonflight) (Mythic guide) Ruby Life Pools (Dragonflight) (Mythic guide) The Azure Vault (Dragonflight) (Mythic guide) The Nokhud Offensive (Dragonflight) (Mythic guide) Temple of the Jade Serpent (Mists of Pandaria) (Mythic guide) Halls of Valor (Legion) (Mythic guide) Court of Stars (Legion) (Mythic guide) Shadowmoon Burial Grounds (Warlords of Draenor) (Mythic guide)     During this first season, the Seasonal affix will be Thundering: Enemies have 5% more health. While in combat, players are periodically overcharged with primal power from Raszageth's unending storm. This power comes with great risk, and failure to discharge it quickly can have stunning consequences. Finally, the weekly Valor cap will start at 1500 and increase by 750 weekly.

If you need more in-depth information about Mythic , including Affix Rotation and Item Level rewards, you may check this guide!

DRAGONFLIGHT ZONES

The Dragon Isles bring us new places to explore and have adventures on, and of course, this also includes the starting zone of the new race: The Dracthyr!  The Isles also introduce us to many rares, treasures, questlines, and of course, World Bosses! The World Bosses will be implemented when Season 1 starts (on December 18th, 2023) and will follow this weekly rotation: Basrikron (The Waking Shores) → Strunraan (Ohn'ahran Plains) → Bazual (The Azure Span) → Liskanoth (Thaldraszus). You can see more information about them below.

The Forbidden Reach (levels 58 - 60): The starting zone of the Dracthyr! It was once fashioned by Neltharion the Earth-Warder himself to be the secret training grounds of the Black Dragonflight and its would-be ultimate soldiers. The Reach has since descended into a broken and deserted landscape, lost to the ravages of time. Those few dragons who remember the island know that it is taboo to visit, as it is a place where something dreadful fell.   The Waking Shores (levels 60 - 62): The first zone players see when arriving at the Isles, and the ancestral home of the Red and lack Dragonflights! It also houses 2 of the new dungeons: Ruby Life Pools and Neltharus. It fell dormant after the Dragonflights left their homeland ten thousand years ago. Now, with Azeroth's world-soul revitalized, the awesome primal might of the Shores stirs anew, rousing the dragons' ancient allies and age-old enemies from their long millennia of slumber. This land is stirring with the reawakening of elemental energies. This map also features the World Boss Basrikron: he is significantly heavier than his kin, and as such prefers life on the ground to soaring through the air. His surroundings are his to conquer, and allow him to perfect his craft.   Ohn'ahran Plains (level 62 - 65): This is the second zone, home of the Green Dragonflight and the Maruuk Centaur! The dungeon, The Nokhud Offensive, is also located here. Filled with sweeping plateaus, mesas, groves, and valleys abundant with life and named after the Wild God of the Wind, Ohn'ahra, these plains are a viridescent grassland that rises gently upward from the Waking Shores. This map also features the World Boss Strunraan: His presence has been known to make the skies cry, and his tempest electrifies the air and wreaks havoc upon the land.   The Azure Span (level 65 - 68): A frigid zone, home of the Blue Dragonflight! It is a zone of snowy peaks, mist-covered forests, and icy tundra. Brackenhide Hollow and The Azure Vault can be found here as well. It stretches from coastal Tuskarr villages through sprawling forest tundra to looming spires of ice and snow. Regal blue dragons once roamed these lands. However, with the passage of time, several tribes of Tuskarr, gnolls, and Furbolg now call these ancient lands their home! This map also features the World Boss Bazual: his special connection to the Plane of Fire allows him to directly siphon power from the Firelands. With the help of the Primalist forces, Bazual is expanding portals to the Firelands in the Azure Span.   Thaldraszus (level 68 - 70): The seat of power of the Dragon Aspects and their flights! Also, where the main city is located: Valdrakken! 2 Dragonflight dungeons are located here: Halls of Infusion, Algeth'ar Academy, and the raid of this patch, Vault of the Incarnates! This ten-thousand-year-old Titan technological marvel houses great aqueducts that reach across the valley. It was Tyr who helped the Aspects fight Galakrond, and when they came to settle in the Dragon Isles, it was he who built this facility. This map (inside the Primalist future) also features the World Boss Liskanoth: she oversees the land conquered by the Primalists. Liskanoth's very presence casts a chill down the spine of all who encounter her. If left to continue her conquest, Liskanoth will annihilate all who dare enter Thaldraszus.

There will also be a recurrent mechanic in the entire map called Primal Storms, which will become available when Season 1 starts (December 18th, 2023). This introduces players to the Primalist Invasions, which are a new type of event that happens in Dragonflight. Every 3 hours, two Dragon Isles zones will receive a Primalist force invasion in certain areas. The locations are marked with a red X on your Dragon Isles map. Invasions last for 2 hours and there will be no invasions available on the map for 1 hour, giving them an effective 3-hour rotation.

There are four types of Invasions that can happen: Storm, Earth, Fire, and Water Primalist invasions. Each invasion fills the area with Primalist NPCs, as well as imbuing already existing NPCs in the area with abilities of the invading element. The invaded area also changes to more closely match the attacking element.

The main objectives here are: defeat the enemies and get currency to purchase gear. You will be able to get 2 types of currency:

Elemental Overflow (the main currency that drops from Primal Invasion) which drops from almost all mobs in the invasion. Elemental Overflow is used to purchase the Rare quality (ilvl359) gear from invasions, as well as mounts and pets. Storm Sigil (a weekly currency) that can be obtained once per type of invasion per week. Storm Sigils are used to upgrade Rare-quality invasion gear into Epic quality gear (ilvl385).

There are many different rewards, achievements and collectible prizes that can be earned from the Primal Storms, so we advise you to check this guide to see all the related information about them!

CLASSES

This new expansion brings heavy rebalancing between classes and includes the brand-new race, Dracthyr, and the new class, Evoker, exclusive between themselves. The class balancing applied will be the one from the patch 10.1.7.

The Evoker is a new hero class arriving in this expansion that uses the power of the five Dragonflights to both devastate its foes and preserve the health of its allies while making use of Mail armor for defense. This class acts as a healer, ranged damage dealer, or unique support capable of buffing allied damage.

Even though the class has 3 specializations, only 2 will be available during release. This is because the third specialization, Augmentation, was implemented during the patch 10.1.5. However, the other 2 will be available instantly during release!

Devastation — A ranged DPS specialization that mainly focuses on the magic of the Red and Blue Dragonflights to harm foes from a distance with a variety of concentrated spells and powerful breath attacks. If you ever wanted to unleash your inner Onyxia, this specialization may be for you! Preservation — A healer specialization that largely utilizes the magic of the green and bronze dragonflights to heal allies with breaths, and even rewind time on wounds themselves!

Also, and like we saw when the last new class was implemented (Demon Hunters), this class brings not only new mechanics, but also new features to how some abilities work. The Evoker can perform a huge variety of prismatic spells that shift into the flight whose magic is most useful, such as the red-flight-themed Pyre ability. They can also Glide like a Demon Hunter and even go one step further by soaring over the battlefield while bathing their enemies in flame. An Evoker can also create a Wing Buffet to damage and knockback enemies, or make use of their claws for damage when fighting up close with Azure Strike.

On top of that, they also introduce a new mechanic called Empowered Abilities: These skills can have their keybind held down to increase their power the longer the button is pressed, until you choose to release it.

If you need more details about this class, we advise you to check down this guide, which covers everything!

PvP

This expansion brings new things oriented to the PvP! Of course, it brings the classics, like a new PvP season, with transmog sets, custom achievements, titles and mounts, and also weekly map pool rotation for Rated and Skirmish Arenas to keep matches exciting and fresh week to week!

POOL A POOL B POOL C Nagrand Arena Nagrand Arena Nagrand Arena Dalaran Sewers Ruins of Lordaeron Hook Point Tiger's Peak Tiger's Peak Tol'Viron Arena Enigma Crucible Empyrean Domain Ashamane's Fall Empyrean Domain Blade's Edge Arena The Robodrome Ashamane's Fall Maldraxxus Coliseum Mugambala Maldraxxus Coliseum Black Rook Hold Arena Enigma Crucible Nokhudon Proving Grounds     Nokhudon Proving Grounds     Nokhudon Proving Grounds

As you probably noticed, there's a new arena on this expansion: Nokhudon Proving Grounds! This arena is based on the Ohn'ahran Plains zone, and it features the same area you would see during the Proving Grounds feature!

The first PvP Season, the Crimson Gladiator one, will start 1 week after the realm's release (on December 18th, 2023). Consider the first week as some kind of inter-season period. After the season starts, players will compete on the PvP leaderboard to be able to win the following Seasonal Rewards!

New Gladiator title: Crimson Gladiator (and achievement Crimson Gladiator: Dragonflight Season 1).  New Gladiator mount: Crimson's Gladiator Drake (and achievement Crimson Gladiator's Drake). Unique Dragonriding appearance: Highland Drake: Embodiment of the Crimson Gladiator. Unique Gladiator weapon illusion and pennant. New Gladiator Tabard: Crimson Gladiator's Tabard. New Gladiator cloak: Crimson Gladiator's Cloak. New Vicious mounts: Vicious Sabertooth for the alliance, and Vicious Sabertooth for the horde.

This season also introduces a new currency: Bloody Tokens. These can be farmed performing multiple PvP activities: killing players of the opposite faction, doing weekly PvP quests, looting War Supply Chests and also killing Assassins. These tokens can be traded for PvP gear ilvl 366 (Drakebreaker) at several vendors in Valdrakken (such as Fieldmaster Emberath, Malicia and Seltherex). These PvP gear pieces will have unique set bonuses that will help players defend themselves at PvP encounters more effectively until they can get the conquest set. These gear pieces will be upgradeable until ilvl 385 using Trophy of Strife, which is a currency type of item that can be earned doing one of the four Sparks of Life quests, delivered by various NPCs.

Finally, the expansion officially introduces the Rated Solo Shuffle, which means that players can earn or lose rating score in the new Ranked mode. Rated Solo Shuffle also gives credit toward Vicious mounts, weekly Great Vault progress, and Conquest.

All the information about the entire season can be seen in this guide, including item level tables, rewards, cost to upgrade items, and more!

PROFESSIONS

In this new expansion, the professions are going through a full remaster, affecting every aspect of them, and adding many new mechanics and features, making them easier to understand, more fun to use, and especially rewarding! There's a lot to cover, so we are going through every single mechanic and mentioning them briefly. However, if you want a full in-depth guide about the profession overhaul, we advise you to check this guide.

Now, let's begin!

Profession System Overhaul: The entire profession system is different! The window layout is not a huge list any more, but the profession list has the recipes grouped by expansions with toggles, being able to swap lists from one to another. There's also visual changes depending on the profession, and there's a new Crafting Details section in the Interface. On the other hand, reaching the specializations of each profession has been made easier now.   Profession Secondary Stats: Players can now increase their crafting effectiveness with Stats, such as Inspiration, Resourcefulness, Multicraft, Finesse, Deftness, and more!   Profession Tools and Accessories: A new type of gear that provides bonuses to the Secondary Stats!   Crafting orders: A new way for Players to provide their services in an Auction House-like setting! This is one of the most powerful new features of the professions, providing every player with the chance of making or receiving bind-on-pickup armors, weapons, consumables, and more, making every profession useful for every player!   Specializations and Profession Knowledge: An incredibly complex new mechanic that adds a massive Talent Tree-like system to Professions. This new system allows Players to choose how they wish to develop their own Profession: whether they want to be crafters, gatherers, or something else. However, this is not a limitation: you can eventually learn every specialization, giving enough time and patience! Note: Not all profession talents will be implemented.   Quality Ranks: An easy and handy way to classify how good an item is when being crafter: being Tier 1 the lowest, and Tier 5 the highest, the higher the Tier, the more iLvl, and therefore, the stronger the items will be! Of course, this also affects consumables, and reagents!   Recrafting items: Now, you will be able to craft again items that were crafted before, using better quality items and a special reagent. This way, using just a portion of the materials, you will be able to change the optional reagents or modify its quality!   Knowledge Points: A currency in Dragonflight specifically for crafting and gathering professions! This is needed to create better items and gather more efficiently, depending on your individual goals, by using them in your Profession Talent Tree.   Hidden Profession Masters: Special NPCs scattered in the Dragon Isles, able to provide valuable Profession Knowledge!   Dragon Shards of Knowledge: Used to unlock specialized draconic knowledge about your chosen profession! They can be obtained in different quests, and can be earned from 11 quests, which are working and have been successfully developed!   Hidden Profession Treasures: Another way to earn valuable Profession Knowledge! These are hidden across the Dragon Isles, and they are profession-specific: a chest will only give you Knowledge on a specific profession, so make sure to find those of your professions!

RENOWN REPUTATIONS

Reputations have come a long way since Vanilla, introducing new systems from Mists of Pandaria until Shadowlands with the introduction of the Renown system. On Dragonflight, we are having this again.

On the Dragon Isles, four main reputations can be found populating them, each of them with their own story, activities, and of course, rewards. Progressing on each faction's renown level will unlock many things, depending on what faction it is. There's so much to cover, that we are going to briefly mention them and describe their main features and interesting aspects, while also providing guides to each of them. If you feel like a specific renown has the rewards you want, do not hesitate to go in-depth about how to properly farm it and unlock all the rewards!

Let's check them!

Dragonscale Expedition (full guide): This is the first renown faction that players visit when they arrive in the Isles! Very convenient, as their main objective is exploring and discovering all the secrets of the Dragon Isles.  The Dragonscale Expedition makes their home base at the Dragonscale Basecamp in the Waking Shores. Unlocks chests through the Expedition Scout's Packs, Magic-Bound Chests and more. Adds World Quests via unlocking Climbing and Cataloguing World Quests. Access Ancient Waygates, a network of gateways that connect several ruins of the Dragon Isles. Access to exploration-themed ensembles and weapon transmogs. Receive dragonriding customizations, jewelcrafting / enchanting recipes and armor pieces while leveling up their renown level by completing their quests, finding treasures, climbing mountains and killing bosses in the raid.   Maruuk Centaur (full guide): This is the second faction to find in The Isles. Completely formed by all the Centaur clans from Ohn'ahran Plains, they mostly follow the call of the wind and seek the thrill of the hunt. This faction is mostly focused on hunting, preying and killing powerful enemies.  The Maruu Centaur have their home base in Maruukai, in the Ohn'ahran Plains. Access Grand Hunts, where you join them into hunting the local fauna.  Access their clan (Aylaag Clan) to get many World Quests. Unlock many ensembles and weapon transmogs with rustic and centaur aesthetic. Unlock profession recipes, armour, dragonriding customizations and more while leveling up their renown by farming it killing powerful enemies and taking part on Grand Hunts.   Iskaara Tuskarr (full guide): The third faction, based on pacific creatures looking to live in harmony and just share their knowledge and histories among others. They are mostly focused on Cooking and, specially, Fishing. The Iskaara Tuskarr have their home located at Iskaara in the Azure Span. Access Community Feasts, a World Event where you can help them create a soup, providing a World Buff and earning reputation. The better the soup, the better the global buff earned, with even a chance of spawning a specific rare mob. Access most of the Fishing mechanics and features, such as Fishing equipment to get better fish, and take part of Fishing Holes, another World Event. Unlock many ensembles and weapon transmogs with nomadic Tuskarr aesthetic. Earn toys, dragonriding customizations, various profession recipes, armors and more by leveling up their renown level. This can be achieved by taking part of Community Feasts, Fishing Holes, completing World Quests, questlines and gathering various treasures.    Valdrakken Accord (full guide): The last of the four factions, and centred in their most ancient city, the Valdrakken Accord is the unified might of all dragonkind, seeking to protect not only their island home but all of Azeroth. The Valdrakken Accord makes their home base at Valdrakken in Thaldraszus. They introduce Dragonriding, a new and big feature where we are able to customize our mount, overhaul how flying with dragons work, and introduce us to Dragonriding Races. Access to the Siege on Dragonbane Keep World event, an event where you help a Drakonid faction regain access to their ancient home. Receive new World Quests by progressing on the Dragonriding World Quests and races. Unlock to dragon-themed ensembles and weapon transmogs. Receive many crafting recipes, dragonriding customizations and armor pieces by leveling up their renown level. This can be achieved by completing their daily quests, World Quests, questlines, and also by taking part on Siege on Dragonbane Keep events.

EVENTS AND SCENARIOS

The following Open World Events are available and implemented. We are briefly listing their conditions to access it, where are they located, and what is it related to. Most of them have already been mentioned previously in the Renown section.

Community Feasts: Iskaara Tuskarr weekly cooking event, located in The Azure Span! It is available, and can be accessed Renown level 3 with their faction! Fishing Holes: Iskaara Tuskarr weekly fishing event, located in the Waking Shores! It has been implemented, and can be accessed Renown level 4 with their faction! Aylaag Camp: Maruuk Centaur questing scenario, with a 3-day reset cycle. It is available and can be accessed upon reaching Renown level 4 with the faction. Grand Hunt: Maruuk Centaur hunting scenario, located randomly across the entire Dragon Isles! It's available several times, but the best rewards happen only 3 times a week, and it's unlocked after reaching Renown level 5 with them. Siege on Dragonbane Keep: Valdrakken Accord World Event, located in The Waking Shores! It can be reached on all characters of the account when at least one reaches Renown level 5, and it can be done on a 2-hour loop, alternating every hour at the top of the hour. Obsidian Citadel: After completing the seventh quest of the Dragons in Distress questchain, this weekly quest assault event becomes available on every level 70 character on the account. This is implemented and can be found in The Waking Shores! Trial of Flood: This hourly event can be accessed anytime, and it's available in the Ohn'ahran Plains! Trial of Elements: This hourly event can be accessed anytime, and it's available in Thaldraszus, inside the Primalist Future!

BORIS RETURNS!

"Ho, ho, ho! I heard you are celebrating a new expansion, and I am not missing this big occasion! I also have presents for everyone, and these Holidays, I am feeling especially generous! You don't have any good character to try the new Dragonflight content? No problem! Come and see me in-game, and I will use some of my powerful Bovine magic (yes, that's a thing) to boost you directly to level 60 and grant you some gear to start with! Did you want to try the new race? Well, do as I said, and you will be able to create a Dracthyr afterwards! Oh, but you don't have any good mounts yet? Okay, oookay, have you been good? Yes? Okay! Connect while I'm in the Dragonflight realm, and by the power of my Chicken companion, I will give you a cool mount! What, my chicken? No, not that one! I will give you a better one! ...probably. He's as chunky as I am, so it has to count for something! However, don't forget that my planet needs me on December 18th, and I don't know when I'll come back, so you better come and see me before I'm gone!"

Oribos
Content Update - Shadowlands Season 4

Greetings, players!

After five months, it is time to say goodbye to the current Season 3! This Season will end many things, such as the Cosmic Gladiator PvP Season, the current Mythic affix (Encrypted) and the current pool of Mythic dungeons. However, this doesn't mean the adventure ends here...

Season 4 will bring a few new and exciting, interesting things. First, the new PvP Season, called Eternal Gladiator, will start. The Season will also get a whole new pool of Mythic dungeons, a New Affix (Shrouded) and a new mechanic to all currently existing SL raids and World Bosses called Fated! Despite not adding new dungeons or raids, this will add new content to all existing content, having new ways to re-experiment all the content, with new challenges to overcome! This new Season will be implemented in Oribos and start on Monday, May 8th, at 10:00!

As always, we will dig deep into each feature of this Season. Let's go!

NEW PVE SEASON

Season 3 ends, and Season 4 starts! This new Season will bring two big things to the realm, which will be thoroughly detailed next. The first one is a new feature called Fated Raids, where players will have a new challenge for all the old raids from Shadowlands and better rewards. The second one is a new Mythic dungeon pool, but this time, many dungeons come from old expansions such as BFA, Legion and Draenor! This Season will be perfect for reliving old content and finding a new challenge in old content!

Of course, this new Season will have recent obtainable achievements and rewards based on the seasonal Mythic Rating achieved at any point during the Season:

Shadowlands Keystone Explorer: Season Four: Attain a Mythic Rating of at least 750 during Shadowlands Season Four.  Shadowlands Keystone Conqueror: Season Four: Attain a Mythic Rating of at least 1500 during Shadowlands Season Four.  Title reward: %s the Shrouded.  Shadowlands Keystone Master: Season Four: Attain a Mythic Rating of at least 2000 during Shadowlands Season Four.  Mount reward:  Restoration Deathwalker

Since this was already applied before, there will be no Valor Cap during the following Season, and it will remain like this with no changes.

FATED MECHANIC

This new feature is one of the central core mechanics of Season 4. Thanks to this new mechanic, even previous Shadowlands Raids and World Booses will become relevant again, adding a new challenge to all the previously visited places.

Each week, a new rotation of raids and World Bosses will be applied, in which one raid and the World bosses associated with that raid will become Fated: During the first week of the release of Season 4, the raid Castle Nathria will start the cycle as Fated, while the other raids will remain untouched. Because of this, one of the World bosses associated with the raid's zone will also become Fated: Valinor, Mortanis, Oranomonos the Everbranching or Nurgash Muckformed. After the first week, the next raid, Sanctum of Domination, will become fated. The World Boss Mor'geth in the Maw will also be Fated. After that, the next raid will be Sepulcher of the First Ones, with the World Boss Antros in Zereth Mortis becoming Fated for that week.

After that, the cycle will start again, Castle Nathria will be Fated, and so on!

But what does Fated mean? What does it change? First, Fated will be a new mode that will be applied to every difficult mode of the raid, which means that the raid will have Fated Raid Finder, Fated Normal, Fated Heroic and Fated Mythic, respectively. Each difficult mode will have its rewards and associated achievements. Here, you can see a table of the rewards depending on what modality you are doing each raid:

Note: The items obtained from Fated World Booses will have a fixed item level of 285, and the highest iLvl for each raid will only be dropped from the final 2 - 3 bosses of each raid.

It will also increase the item level of the Conduits looted:

When a raid is Fated, the enemies will be stronger, and new mechanics will be present during the encounter. Think about this as if the raid was on Mythic mode, with affixes that will determine the course of the raid. While only one Fated Power will usually be available at all times, a second one can be activated using the Titan Console at the start of each raid: Chaotic Essence, Creation Spark, Protoform Barrier and Reconfiguration Emitter. More information about it can be seen in this guide.

This new mechanic will bring new challenges to players and, obviously, achievements for those capable of overcoming them. In addition, some will get unique titles, teleports to raids, and even a unique mount!  The Fated mechanic will also bring a new way to upgrade the newly obtained Fated Items to their version in Heroic and Mythic using Cyphers obtained from looting bosses in those difficulty modes. You will also be able to acquire specific pieces directly using the elusive Puzzling Cartel Dinars and spending them on specific sellers around the Great Vault in Oribos! This guide has more information about upgrading and purchasing items using these resources.

MYTHIC DUNGEONS AND POOL

When the next Season starts, we will have a change in the entire pool of dungeons! As a difference from the previous seasons, this one will have a pool of dungeons from past expansions. The first six dungeons are both wings of the mega-dungeons released in past expansions (Tazavesh from Shadowlands, Operation: Mechagon from Battle for Azeroth, and Return to Karazhan from Legion), as well as two dungeons from the Warlords of Draenor expansion!

The list of dungeons is as follows:

Tazavesh: Streets of Wonder, from Shadowlands Tazavesh: So'leah’s Gambit, from Shadowlands Operation Mechagon: Junkyard, from Battle for Azeroth Operation Mechagon: Workshop, from Battle for Azeroth Return to Karazhan: Lower, from Legion Return to Karazhan: Upper, from Legion Grimrail Depot, from Warlords of Draenor Iron Docks, from Warlords of Draenor

On top of that, there will be a new Seasonal Affix for Mythic , and it'll be Shrouded! This new affix will spawn an NPC from Cartel Ta at the beginning of each dungeon. This NPC will show bounties to hunt dreadlords inside the dungeon, rewarding stacks of secondary stat bonuses, which will last for the duration of the dungeon! Players will get one stat or another depending on the type of bounty. This will cause certain NPCs to be replaced by dreadlords with visual aura, making them easier to spot.  There's more to cover about this affix, so we recommend players check out this guide.

There will be several achievements for completing different dungeons on a Mythic Level 20 or more within the time limit. Each achievement (for Grimrail Depot, Iron Docks, Return to Karazhan, Operation: Mechagon and Tazavesh) will also grant a teleport portal so you can go there immediately.

ETERNAL GLADIATOR PVP SEASON

With the end of Season 3 on Oribos, the Cosmic Gladiator season will finish, and in its place, the Eternal Gladiator Season will be active on the server. This means ending the current Season 3 and distributing all the rewards to the winners, including seasonal rewards and Firestorm points! You can find a post here detailing all the rewards that will be distributed and the tiers of winners.

With this new Season, we will restart the leaderboards, and the Season should remain active for the next 5 to 6 months. It will also bring a significant gain on the item level of the PvP items.

Here you can see a table of the new iLvl for the Eternal Gladiator items:

Everything else should remain the same. However, this guide shows you all the information about the costs of upgrading items and sellers.

BORIS IS BACK

Of course, he is! After spending a few weeks hunting Easter Eggs and having fun, he's back to aid players on their adventures during this new Season! And what better way to do this than offering a Character Level boost to Level 60 with essential gear? It may not be much, but it's honest work. And did we mention that he's doing it for free? However, he'll be gone by May 15th, so don't wait too much! He will boost one character per account starting on May 8th; the perfect opportunity to try a new character class! He will also be waiting on every other expansion, giving a character boost on each realm. If you want to try older expansions, this is a good opportunity!

And that will be all for the content of this new Season! Although it does not have unique content per se (regarding newly released dungeons or raids), this new system will allow players to have a new challenge in many different places, with improved rewards and achievements! We will monitor the progress of the best guilds in terms of Fated raids and the best players during this Eternal Gladiator's PvP season. We hope to see a lot of players giving their all to be on top of the lists and become the best of the best!

Very soon, we will start talking about our current development of Dragonflight. Do not worry, we've already developed quite some content, but we want to wait a bit more before we can start hyping you guys with the new expansion.

Let's end this expansion with the culmination of Season 4! Until then, we hope you have a fantastic week, and we'll see you soon!

Season 3 Shop Discounts and more!

Greetings, players!

With The Jailer added in the raid and the Mythic mode coming in just a few weeks, we are almost done with all the content! Of course, we don't mean the Patch's content, but Season 3's content! This Season is getting close to ending! Of course, we will give players some time to achieve the latest feat of the Season before moving, which is beating the entire raid in Mythic mode, including the Jailer, but after some time, we will move on to the next Season, which seems very promising!

Until then, we will implement a few things that will take effect immediately.

CHARACTER BOOST AND GEAR DISCOUNTS

With the current season close to the end, the current gear and armor will soon feel a bit low. Therefore, we have a great deal for everyone!

All the gear items cost 300 Firestorm points each, and the full character boosts cost 3000 points. With the discount applied, both services will be 50% off! That means that, until the current Season ends, every gear item will cost 150 points, and the full character boosts will cost 1500 points!

But not only that! Buying a character boost while the discount is enabled will flag the character for another discount when the next Season starts! This means you can boost your character twice (once now and the next time after Season 4 gets implemented), spending 3000 points between the two boosts! Now that's a great deal!

Notice that the discount will be enabled on the same character boosted during Season 3.

We have also added misc discounts on many other Shadowlands services and products, such as legendaries, conduits, and double legendary power. Gear up properly and defeat the Jailer once and for all with these awesome shop deals!

NEW MOUNTS AND BATTLE PETS

Considering we moved the Patch a few months ago, and with the recent update we applied in the realm, which finally fixed and enabled battle pet duels in Oribos, it's just fitting to increase our stock of mounts and pets for sale!

Of course, these won't be added simultaneously but in small bundles! New mounts will be added to our shop every week, so review our shop now and then! Soon enough, we will also start adding Battle Pets to the shop, so players can collect and get them from here! This will be added very soon, don't worry!

We will also be open to suggestions, so if you want your favorite mount and pet to be added, you may suggest it to us, and we will consider it!

NEW PAYMENT METHOD!

A new paying method is coming to the server: Kinguin!

Thanks to the payment methods offered by this page, you can purchase points with various payment methods at your reach, including PayPal!

Don't forget to take a look at it!

With The Jailer being implemented on the raid, the last boss of the expansion, and then Mythic mode being close to being released too, people may think that there's nothing else going to be implemented into the realm anymore.

However, the following Patch brings exciting and never seen mechanics, such as Fated Mode added on raids, a new Seasonal Affix that will be activated inside raids, and new Mythic rotation for dungeons. And do not forget that this Fated Mode will be added on every Shadowlands raid, not only the last one! All the raids will be a new challenge, new mechanics will have to be learned, and you must gear up your character and thoroughly prepare it!

The biggest challenges will come with the next Patch, and we will be preparing special attention to the first guilds who beat each of the raids in Mythic: Fates Mode. And who knows... maybe there'll be rewards waiting for you!

We will give more details when the next Season is close to starting, don't worry!

We hope you have a great adventure on our servers and keep providing you with the best content possible!

Oribos
Battle Pets have arrived to the server!

Greetings, players!

Today we bring unexpected news, as a lot of content (and I mean, A LOT) has just arrived on the server in the form of adorable yet powerful creatures: Battle Pets! No, it's not a jest!

Unexpectedly, one of our developers decided to revamp the entire system entirely from scratch single-handedly, and he's been busy! All the content he's managed to fix and implement will surprise you!

All the pets from Open World have been fixed (no more pets with level 0 or glitched stats anywhere), and they are capturable like on Retail. Although the capture pets' achievements will not work, the collection one will work! Not only that, but most (if not all) pet spells have also been fixed! You may want to check this guide.

Of course, what good is capturing pets and having working spells without any content? Well, that's not true, as the initial pet battle questline from Retail up to Pandaria has also been added! All the pet trainer questlines are working, including the pet dungeons, leveling achievements, and even Safari achievements! You have a guide to the start of the Battle Pet questlines here: (ALLIANCE | HORDE). Also, here's a guide about the battle pet dungeons.

But do the fights even work? Of course! PvP ones? Well, duh, yes! Duels work, PvP matches work (including achievements), and even Pet Battle Challenges!

And before you start with BFA and SL content... of course! All the BFA Master Trainers work, all the Shadowlands Pet Tamers have been implemented, and even the Special Pets! In addition, all the World Quests from BFA and SL are available!

About tournaments, the Pandaria tournament (Celestial tournament) is available! Here's a guide about it!

Finally, these are the following working Battle Pet challenges (with guide links): Wailing Caverns, Deadmines, Gnomeregan, and Stratholme! Blackrock Depths is also available, but you must complete the quests from the four previous challenges to access this one.

We are aware that not everything is fully working at the moment. Most of the issues we found are being worked on as this announcement is being written. If you find more problems, do not hesitate and let us know on the Bugtracker so we can be aware of them and fix them, too!

We hope you enjoy this quite different content, and we hope you guys have a fantastic time capturing and collecting pok... I mean, pets!

Oribos 9.2 content update: Eternity's End

Greetings everyone! It's been another 6 months since our last update, and we are finally ready to announce the following patch update that will happen in Oribos: Patch 9.2, Eternity's End! This update will be applied in our realms on Monday, December 12, and will require a client upgrade to version 9.2.7. Do not worry, as a guide will be published (with a cool link here) to walkthrough you in the process of updating your client, or if you are a new user, to fully download and prepare it from scratch! And, as always, Boris doesn't want to feel left out of the party, so he will join the raid group and be on top of the support files, by offering a character boost! By talking to him, your character will be immediately boosted to level 60, and it will include basic level 60 gear as well! This will skip having to do the campaign and will allow you to jump straight into the action and join your friends! This will only work for one character on each account, so make sure you boost the character that you wanna use!

This update is full of new features and content to explore, places to adventure, and enemies to beat, so we hope you and your friends are ready because it won't be easy!

A whole new zone: Zereth Mortis, full of content, quest lines, rares, treasures, and much more! A new World Boss inside the new zone: Antros, Keeper of the Antecedents! A new 11-boss raid: Sepulcher of the First Ones! A whole new progression system: Cypher of the First Ones! New Torghast Wing: The Jailer's Gauntlet. Return of the Class Tier Sets. New Double Legendary system: Withdraw the whole potential of your character through the new Waist Legendary and the Memory of Unity! A new season for Mythic : Upgraded rewards and new seasonal Affix, Encrypted! A new season for PvP and a new feature: Cosmic Gladiator and PvP Brawl to test Arena Solo Queue! New sub-profession: Protoform Synthesis, which allows players to craft many new pets and mounts!

There's a bit of everything here: for PvE lovers, PvP enjoyers, or even collector maniacs, there's stuff to do!

And, as we always do, we are going to delve into each of those points to further explain each feature and the status of development of those: although most of them will be fully implemented, not all will have all the content available at once. Do not worry, as the development will not stop and we will end up releasing all the content for each feature!

Now, let's jump into it!

ZERETH MORTIS

Zereth Mortis is the new zone arriving in this new patch! As a new zone that serves as the hub for 9.2 with lots of new content, it will probably overwhelm you a bit. Do not forget that we are detailing everything in this new zone.

Zereth Mortis will house three main hubs for players in the zone: Haven, Exile's Hollow, and Pilgrim's Grace.

From the story chapters of the zone, the first 3 will be fully available from release! After these ones, we will add a new story chapter for every 2 weeks! Do not forget that Chapter 6 will be necessary in order to unlock flying in the zone, as well as an additional requirement that will be described below: the Cypher of the First Ones side questline!

This zone will also be the main source of the new resource used to create Rank 7 legendaries: Cosmic Flux! This resource will be used to create and upgrade Class Tier armors using the Creation Catalyst. We will specify more information about this later on, on the Class Tier armors!

This zone will also feature the NPC Pocopoc, an automa that will accompany you through your journey. Pocopoc is unlocked at the end of Chapter 3 of the 9.2 Campaign. This NPC will be tied to one of the new features of the patch, which is the Cypher of the First ones! We will detail more about it later on.

We will also be introduced to a new faction in this map, called The Enlightened, which is the map's main faction! Led by the former council of the broker Cartel Al, they have found Zereth Mortis and abandoned their pilfering ways to devote themselves to the First Ones.

Of course, all of the daily quests will be implemented, all the rares will be available, and most of the treasures will be waiting for you to be plundered, but beware of the new World Boss: Antros, Keeper of the Antecedents! He will be located on the northernmost island of Zereth Mortis, which can be reached with a translocator at the northern edge of Zereth Mortis. Antros drop gear with item level 259 and Conduits with item level 252!

If you want more information about this amazing zone, you may check this page, where everything has been detailed thoroughly!

SEPULCHER OF THE FIRST ONES

This is the raid being featured in this new zone, and the final raid of the expansion! It features 11 new bosses, ending in a cosmic battle against The Jailer himself: Zovaal!

The raid will consist of 4 wings, being the first wing available as soon as the patch is released!

First wing: Ephemeral Plains. It will be available after release (in Normal, Heroic, and LFR modes). Mythic will be added later. The bosses featuring this wing will be: Vigilant Guardian, a three-phase encounter in which players need to fight several automa to eventually activate the inactive boss! Here's a strategy guide! Skolex, the Insatiable Ravener, a single-phase fight in which the raid has to engage a stationary boss while managing stacks of Ephemera Dust! Here's a strategy guide! Artificer Xy'mox, a two-phase encounter that gets more complex as the fight progresses! Here's a strategy guide! Halondrus the Reclaimer, a unique encounter that takes place in several areas of the Sepulcher, as Halondrus moves long distances with the raid chasing after them! Here's a strategy guide! Second wing: Cornerstone of Creation. Should be available 1 month after the release of the raid (approximately around mid-January). Dausegne, the Fallen Oracle, a single-phase fight that becomes more difficult over time, as she uses her reservoirs to siphon out mana for herself! Prototype Pantheon, a council-style fight of the tier, in which you fight prototype versions of the Eternal Ones!  Lihuvim, Principal Architect, a single-phase encounter revolving around space management! Third wing: Domination's Grasp. Should be available 1 month after the release of the second wing (approximately around mid-February). Anduin Wrynn, a multiphase encounter that has us fight remnants of the Jailer's influence! Lords of Dread, a fight against both Mal'Ganis and Kin'tessa, which will attack players with a combination of decay and shadow magic! Rygelon, a fight where the enemy will use Cosmic Power in order to destroy the players using all sorts of abilities and mechanics! Fourth wing: The Grand Design. Should be available 1 month after the release of the third wing, and luckily a bit earlier, being a 1-boss wing (approximately during March). The Jailer, Zovaal, a fight where the true destiny of Azeroth will be decided. The Jailer will use his Machine of Origination to remake existence, draining Azeroth of all its life force in the process. Will you be able to prevent it?

This raid will prove to be quite the challenge for every player trying to push their limits in regard to what PvE content is. We will give enough time for everyone to catch up between wings, allowing us to develop with the biggest quality possible.

Not only that, but we also have news about one of the dungeons that we introduced in the previous patch: Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. In a similar fashion to what happened with Mechagon, it's also happening here now: the dungeon will be split into 2 parts, and each will be available in every difficult mode: Normal, Heroic, LFG, and even Mythic !

Part 1: Streets of Wonder. This first part will have the first 5 bosses of the original megadungeon: Zo'phex the Sentinel, The Grand Menagerie, Mailroom Mayhem, Myza's Oasis, and So'azmi.

Part 2: So'leah's Gambit. This part will have the remaining 3 bosses of the original megadungeon: Hylbrande, Timecap'n Hooktail, and So'leah.

The 2 parts of this dungeon have been already prepared and will be fully available as soon as the new patch is released!

CYPHER OF THE FIRST ONES

Along with this patch, we are introducing this advanced mechanic, the Quality of Life feature: the Cypher of the First Ones!

The Cypher of the First Ones is a new Zereth Mortis progression system that provides little to no dungeon / PvP / raid power and is instead focused on enhancing your Zereth Mortis experience and enabling further exploration of its secrets, cosmetics, mounts, pets, and achievements.

You can progress this system and its numerous research nodes with the new Cyphers of the First Ones currency. Each research you do also requires a specific amount of real-time when you are doing it on your first character, from 1 minute for the initial node to a full week for the more complex nodes.

Bear in mind that this whole feature, whilst allowing you to upgrade your combat effects and abilities, won't be usable during PvE or PvP instances, so these effects will only be usable in open-world battles and adventures. In other words, it's like a fun upgrade for your character on Shadowland zones.

However, this system is the introduction of 2 very important features that will be very useful for many players. The first one is being able to unlock a quest line responsible to teach players how to fly in the zone! (Requires completing the fourth chapter of the story quest line, which will be available shortly after release). The second one (after completing that quest line) is the ability to unlock the new Sub-profession: the Protoform Synthesis! This will be explained thoroughly, later on. Don't worry!

Unlocking the console and your personal robot helper, Pocopoc, is done in the third campaign story chapter (which will be available immediately as soon as the patch is implemented, as soon as you enter Zereth Mortis). You can also unlock it instantly on alts by choosing the skip dialogue option of Tal-Inara when starting the Zereth Mortis questlines in Oribos.

The currency used for this feature can be farmed in many ways, such as completing the Storyline campaign, looting rare mobs and treasures, beating Puzzle Boxes, Interacting with one of the three Echoed Jiro NPC types, doing daily quests, defeating the Weekly world boss Antros and even from the weekly quest Patterns Within Patterns.

This is a rather complex and complete feature, so we advise you to check this very complete guide explaining everything about this new feature!

THE JAILER'S GAUNTLET

The Jailer's Gauntlet is a completely new wing implemented in Torghast. Commonly known as "Boss Rush", features levels packed with direct action, with boss fights in small packs. Kind of a fast and furious method, absolutely not for the Faint of heart!

This fun, fast-paced alternative to traditional Torghast can be completed (at the appropriate layers for level) in under 30 minutes without a hurry. The quick succession of layers, plenty of high-powered Anima Powers given on each floor, and no time-wasting rooms full of trash packs breathe new life into the Torghast experience.

Completing layers of the Jailer's Gauntlet gives rewards such as a pet, a new Hearthstone toy, a title, and the Colossal Ebonclaw Mawrat mount! it will also be one of the main sources of Cosmic Flux, one of the main resources needed for the Class Tier Sets, and also to upgrade legendary items to rank 7. As you can see, quite important!

Here's a quick overview of the features of this new kind of wing, compared with the traditional ones:

The Box of Many Things doesn't apply, so there are no Torments or Blessings. There is no timer to beat. The Death Rule is back. You are allowed up to 5 deaths before the Tarragrue shows up. If you die on a level, the boss resets to full health.

However, the Jailer's Gauntlet also lacks many things a normal Torghast has:

No trash packs beyond a few that might spawn from portals. No traps. No events, puzzles, or chests. No Ashen Phylacteries. No Mawrats. No Souls to rescue in any form.

There's so much more information to cover about this feature, which can be all seen in this full overview guide here.

CLASS TIER SETS

In Patch 9.2, all classes can obtain brand-new class tier sets from a variety of sources! Tokens to create them primarily drop from bosses in the Sepulcher of the First Ones' raid. The items also have a chance to appear in all nine slots of the Great Vault, and if you are unlucky and cannot obtain a specific armor piece, you can craft it using an existing item through the Creation Catalyst system (which has been introduced in Zereth Mortis). There's more information about the Crafting Method with Creation Catalyst and Cosmic Flux here.

Each class will have dedicated Class Tier sets, with 2-piece and 4-piece set bonuses that benefit each class and spec. For example, Hunter sets will have property versions for Beast Mastery, Marksmanship, and Survival, meaning that you'll be able to collect exactly the right set that helps out your class and spec the most! Each version of the Class Tier Set will have bonuses for having 2 or 4 pieces in the set. At present, most of these set bonuses both affect the same key ability or spell, such as Kill Command for Beast Mastery hunters. There's a full list here of all of the class bonuses.

Finally, the Class Tier Sets will have different tints and/or effects based on how these are acquired. There are six categories of tints in total, which are the ones from LFR, Heroic, Normal, Mythic, PvP, and finally, Elite.

If you need more information about this new feature, such as all the farming methods, cooldown, and such, we advise you to check this guide!

DOUBLE LEGENDARY SYSTEM

In Patch 9.2, players can unlock the ability to equip two Legendary items instead of just one! However, players will unlock this feature after completing Chapter 7 of the 9.2 Campaign (which will not be available until mid-January, approximately).

Once this feature is unlocked, one Legendary can be the Legendary of your choice, and the other must be your Covenant Legendary.

There are two ways to equip your Covenant Legendary in tandem with another Legendary:

You obtain an item level 265 Belt (the Unity Waist) after completing Chapter 7 of the 9.2 Campaign. You can craft the Legendary in the usual way using Memory of Unity up to item level 291. To purchase this, you need to achieve a Revered reputation with the Enlightened (reputation guide here).

Both of these Double Legendary items will automatically change their effect based on your current Covenant, so you don't need to buy or craft multiple Legendaries if you switch Covenants!

In order to unlock it, players need to acquire the Memory of Unity, which is sold by Vilo, the Enlightened Quartermaster. Purchasing the Memory of Unity requires a Revered reputation with The Enlightened. Once bought once, you don't need to buy it for any other character: it will be unlocked account-wide!

All the information about this new feature can be seen here, so don't hesitate on taking a look at it if you want to know more about this feature!

NEW MYTHIC SEASON AND ENCRYPTED AFFIX!

A new patch comes, and with it, a new Mythic season! As always, a new season means many changes: enemies will be stronger, but rewards will also be better! All of the gear will have the item level increased, including Mythic :

Normal Difficulty: Item Level 210. Heroic Difficulty: Item Level 223. Mythic Difficulty: Item Level 236 (Valor Upgrade Level: 1/12).

Of course, getting a higher Mythic level will also grant higher item-level gear. This will also affect the item-level reward from the Great Vault!

Here you can see a table showing the rewards from the current season, and also the ones we had during season 2:

Alongside this, we are welcoming a new Seasonal affix: "Encrypted", which will be active during the entire season.

Groups of 3 relics of the First Ones will spawn in some trash packs and with all bosses. The first relic killed decides which automaton will spawn when all 3 are relics are killed. Killing an automaton instantly gives you a powerful buff.

You can find more information about the different relics and the different buffs that each relic grants when destroyed, here.

NEW PVP SEASON AND PVP BRAWL

The current patch ends, and with it, the PvP Season 2: Unchained Gladiator! This season has been going on for almost 5 months and it was about time to end it. The end-of-season announcement, as well as the tier rewards, have been compiled in this post. Don't forget to check it out, and congratulations to every winner!

Not only we are starting the new PvP Season 3: Cosmic Gladiator alongside the new patch, but we are also introducing a new feature on the server: The Solo Shuffle! This new feature allows players to basically queue to arenas 3vs3 by themselves without requiring other players to join. Players would then join a pool with 4 DPS and 2 Healers, and then they would split into 2 teams of 3vs3, and would fight one team against the other! Each fight will reshuffle the team every time, ending up with 6 different combinations. Players will fight on each combination, trying to win as many fights as possible, in order to determine who's best! However, there will be notable differences compared with a regular arena just to speed things up:

The first team to kill an opponent will immediately win the round. Mana regeneration is further restricted, and drinking will work differently. If a player leaves, the match is resolved as if that player lost every round.

This new feature will not count towards any rating and will be a new way to offer players a PvP challenge. Players will be able to queue by themselves, at any moment, and fight players without the pressure of having to win to get arena rating or keep their precious rating intact. This was based on the current Looking for Group and Looking for Raid features, where players can just queue by themselves and join an automatically assembled group of players to do a dungeon or a raid.

There's a lot of stuff to cover between rewards, upgrades, gear changes, and much more, so we advise you to check this full guide that illustrates absolutely everything about the upcoming season 3!

PROTOFORM SYNTHESIS

One of the big additions of the patch, is a whole new sub-profession (unlocked through the Cypher of the First Ones after doing the fourth chapter of the story questline) based entirely on farming materials from all creatures around Zereth Mortis, in order to craft new pets and mounts for the players!

Pet Crafting is unlocked after fully researching the Cypher talent Dealic Understanding. Once the research is completed, Pocopoc will offer the quest Protoform Synthesis. Simply escort Pocopoc to the Protoform Synthesis pet forge and you will unlock the system. Guide with all of the pets. Mount Crafting is unlocked after fully researching the Cypher talent Sopranian Understanding. Once the research is completed, the questlines The Final Song and then A New Architect will become available, starting with the quest Finding Tahli. Completing both these questlines, ending with A New Architect, will unlock the mount crafting system. Guide with all of the mounts.

In order to craft all of these new pets and mounts, many reagents will be required to be collected and will start being dropped by enemies as soon as the player unlocks the Dealic Understanding Cypher of the First Ones research, and after completing the short quest Protoform Synthesis. Some mount rare reagents will need a few more requirements to be unlocked, which are all fulfilled as soon as the Mount Crafting is fully unlocked.

This new system brings a lot of new reagents and conditions to unlock and allows players to get many new pets and mounts. In fact, there are too many to list here, and we are welcoming everyone to take a look at this complete guide featuring absolutely everything! We hope this new system allows mount and pet collectors to finally enjoy collecting again!

Patch 9.2 will be the last big Patch inside Shadowlands. This Patch will bring players many new things to do, between PvE, PvP, and just other activities, but we also want to start working on adding new ways to entertain players inside the game. That's why we want to start making events ourselves, between PvE events, PvP ones, and other kinds of minigames, just to spice things up a little more.

Our developers have been working nonstop on all of this new content, and rest assured as we will keep working on fixing any possible issues that there may be, as well as finish developing all of the content up to patch 9.2.7. And rest assured, that it will not be the end of it... it may be Eternity's End, but we are still not done!

Do not forget that Boris will be added to the realm, offering a free character boost to level 60 with basic gear per account! Want to play with a new character? Want to invite a friend and play together? With new content arriving on the server, and even more to come, it's a great moment to do it!

Finally, we would like to thank every player who's playing on the server for supporting this ever-growing project and dedicating their time to be entertained here. We also want to thank all Freakz players who joined us after the server merge and decided to stay with us. And we hope we can stay together for many more years!

See you next week on Oribos for the release of Patch 9.2: Eternity's End!  The Firestorm Team

Oribos
Freakz merges with Firestorm!

Greetings, players!

Today we have some news for you! After some negotiation, we are getting a whole server merge! Basically, the entirety of WoW-Freakz is joining Firestorm on November 14th, 2022 at 12:00 (server time, GMT 1)! This will definitely bring new users to Firestorm, so there will be more players to play with! Horray!

Bear in mind that the merge process will start at 6:00 in the morning. That means that the realm Oribos (Shadowlands) won't be reachable for 6 hours approximately. The realm should be back at 12:00 on the same day.

Since both servers were using the same content and were under the same patch, it was deemed a good idea to perform this merge. This way, both player groups will have the same item level and gear, with the added advantage of being together, which means more friends to find, more foes to fight, and more adventures to have!

HOW TO JOIN OUR SERVER

On our webpage, players will be able to use the option Merge Account (not available yet) to be able to merge their Freakz account into Firestorm (or even to turn their Freakz account into a brand new Firestorm one)! By doing so, all the progress, including characters, mounts, toys, transmogs, titles, pets, achievements, etc... will be added to their Firestorm account, and all of the character progress, including character-bound features (titles, mounts, etc...) will also be transferred! This will also include the store balance left and deleted characters.

However, Freakz users will also be able to play on Firestorm without the need of merging their accounts, and even without having to update or change their game client! They will be able to use their Freakz username (not email) and password to connect using the Firestorm client (or even their previous WoW-Freakz client), and they will be able to access everything they had! Not only that, but they will also be able to gather Loyalty Points through Jeanne and even spend the Loyalty Points and the Donation Points converted from their Freakz account in the in-game shop to purchase gear, mounts, transmogs, and more! Note that they will not be able to use the Firestorm shop, as the shop still requires them to connect to the website to access it. Without a Firestorm account, Freakz players won't be able to use our website features (such as account management, update credentials, etc...), so we advise them to merge their account to a Firestorm account (even if it's a brand new one) so they can unlock their true potential! About the guilds, everything will also be merged, including guild member rooster, guild bank, gold, achievements, level, and progress. Nothing will be lost!

REPEATED NAMES AND GUILDS

Regarding characters having the same name on both Freakz and Firestorm, and guilds having that same problem, we will follow the following rules:

- Character names: we will give priority to those that are level 60. If both are, then we will give priority to the character that is active (connected at least once in the last 60 days). If both are active (or inactive), we will ultimately decide on total playtime. The character who doesn't get the priority will be renamed to "#rename" and will be given a free character rename. Note: All permanently banned Freakz accounts will still merge, but all of the characters will be automatically renamed into "#rename".

- Guild names: we will give priority to those whose guild master is active (connected at least once in the last 60 days). If both guilds are active, then we will ultimately decide by total member count. If both guilds are inactive, then we will put an extra tag on the guild that comes from Freakz. As an example, if the guild is called "Warriors", then the Freakz's guild would be called "Warriors - Freakz" instead. If the active guild is from Freakz instead, then the other guild would be called "Warriors - Firestorm". The guild master of the non-priority guild will be able to redeem a free guild rename through Shop Support, so they can rename their guild for free! (Only if the guild contains "- Firestorm" or "- Freakz").

Finally, we would like to welcome every new Freakz player to our server! We really appreciate the fact that you have chosen us, and do not forget that our entire Game Master team and our Developer team will be here to give you the support and to provide the quality that you all deserve!

We hope everyone has a great week, and welcome Freakz users!

Shadowlands 9.2 Devblog

Greetings everyone!

We promised you news regarding the 9.2 update, and this post is here to do it! Most of our developers have been working on 'Eternity's End' for a while now, while others stayed on our current patch to make sure everything's running smoothly and that the remaining content - like Sanctum Mythic Mode - isn't delayed much. It's always something we have to balance when reaching the end of a patch, and we keep on assessing the global state of things to make sure we're splitting forces in the best way possible. As such, while Sylvanas got released quite recently you can rest assured: the state of 9.2 is quite advanced; we expect the update to be shipped in a few months. An important thing to note is that this patch will require a client update considering we're currently running a 9.1.5 client. Not to worry this only means a small .exe to replace (done automatically if you're using our launcher!), and a quick additional waiting time on your first new client launch. With the foreword now covered, we can get into detail regarding the new content shipped with this update, as well as its current state of advancement:

Zereth Mortis: The forbidden land of the first ones, and the brand new zone of the patch. It includes: 7 story chapters of which 4 are scripted, which is enough to grant flying in the zone. First 3 will be released day 1, and then an additional one every week or so. World and daily quests: currently 17 out of 25 are scripted. Mini side-questlines needed to unlock flying: 2 of them are done, only one remaining! Rares & treasures are being worked on right now. Most of them will be available on release, the missing ones will join them shortly after. Cypher of the First Ones, a special talent tree requiring to farm a new currency has seen its development begin recently. It will allow you to gain different perks in-game, as well as a few collectibles.   Torghast receives a new wing: Jailer's Gauntlet, a mini boss-rush type of run. It has been tested already, and works like a charm!   Sepulcher of the First Ones: This new raid contains 11 bosses from which 2 are already scripted, alongside all the trashes from the raid. Those 2 are currently being tested and 2 developers are working on the remaining 9, with a third joining shortly.   Tazavesh, the Veiled Market split: The megadungeon will be split into 2 normal sized ones, each part available in every difficulty including Mythic . Everything's been done, and tests are ongoing.   Class Tier Sets: After 2 expansions, they're making their return! Their effects are being scripted, and the new Creation Catalyst system which allows you to craft them will be worked on soon.   Encrypted Affix: The new seasonal affix for the 3rd season has been fully scripted and implemented on every dungeon. Tests are being run to make sure it works properly.   Cosmic Gladiator PVP Season: We're testing rewards and item upgrades to ensure everything is ready for the new season. The new 'Solo Shuffle' mode is also working!   Class Balancing: alongside the new class tier sets, we have dedicated developers actively working on it, which will continue to do so once the update is shipped.

Regarding the missing content from before the 9.2, players have been asking for information, and we are here to deliver it!

Chains of Domination chapters: 3 chapters are missing, and one is almost done! You can expect chapter 7 to be released in 1 to 2 weeks, while chapters 8 and 9 will take a few more weeks. Do not worry, as the 3 missing chapters will be released before 9.2 arrives!   Covenants chapters: Although we would like to have these ready before 9.2, the truth is that some of these chapters will take a lot of time to fully finish. Each covenant has big scenarios that need to be scripted, which would take too much time. To not delay the release of the new patch, we are putting the development of these on hold. We apologize.   Mage Tower: Something similar here happens with the covenant chapters. While this content is very interesting, it would take too much time to have it fully ready before the 9.2 comes. However, we believe we can actually start working on this after the 9.2 is released, while we develop the content of the patch. No promises, though!

Some exciting new content for sure! As you can see most of them are close to a releasable state but as usual, we want to make sure we maintain the quality you're being used to - and deserve.

Once we're getting closer to the release you can expect a more detailed post of all those new features, our present goal being to keep you updated on the state of advancement rather than the content itself. You'll also then find a guide on how to update your client and everything you'll need to know! Until then, thank you for your time and fidelity. The Firestorm Team
