Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Like the title says, I can't send mail (gold, objects) with any of my characters, I already tried deleting cache but the problem persist. I don't know why the last report I made was "Invalid", so I made it again.
PD: A GM told me to report the problem here, so I did it.
Steps for reproducing the issue: I can't send mail
i cant trade gold (money) and i sent mail and that is not recieved there is bug
The same thing happens to me and they also put the invalid report

I have the same problem, I reported this bug on April 29th, they put it as invalid and I'm still waiting for an answer

Here's an analysis of this issue:
You can't trade/mail gold if you downloaded the Firestorm 7.1.5 torrent (second option on "Join Us" webpage):

The streaming client is not affected by this bug as the FirestormLauncher does not download this file.
The bug:
The Interface/FrameXML/SecureCapsule.lua file in the 'official' torrent is based on
FrameXML/SecureCapsule.lua v6.2.4-20726

Using this file causes the following issues, maybe more:
1. inability to send gold in mail: when pressing Send button, the confirmation/authorization frame does not pop up
2. the Trade window seems empty: names and textual informations are missing
3. although you can set an amount to trade, pressing Trade button has no effect,
only a lua error, that is not visible by default.
The issue is caused by a file present in the Firestorm 7.1.5 torrent, _but_ not downloaded by FirestormLauncher.
To fix it delete or move this file:
Interface/FrameXML/SecureCapsule.lua
Also delete these leftover addons (similarly present only in the torrent distribution):
Interface/Addons/Blizzard_GMChatUI
Interface/Addons/Blizzard_StoreUI

Spengbob: as stated, these files come from the torrent. Did you download the torrent?
1. if yes, your are looking in the wrong folder. try searching for these files in Total Commander (easier), or the windows file manager
2. if no, then you have a different issue. please submit a screenshot, so we have a clue about what is going on in your client
