Mage- Fixed Ignite to be able to proc on Flamestrike too.

- Fixed combat logs for Reports.

- Fixed Divine Aegis to be able to proc on Atonement critical strike (https://firestorm-servers.com/en/report/see_report/21001)
Rogue- Fixed https://wowhead.com/spell=59242, should be usable only on Combat spec, and now remove when you switch of spec. (https://firestorm-servers.com/en/report/see_report/20822)

Garrisons- Fixed weekly resets (Tavern Follower recruits).
