You cannot download recovery codes without logging in, so open this ticket from another Firestorm account and tell us which account it is about.

To prove the account is yours, give us as much of this as you can:

• The original email of the account.
• The current email, if it was changed at any point.
• A list of characters on the account, as precise as possible — class, level, a specific mount you own.
• Roughly when the account was created, and when you stopped playing.
• Any purchases you remember making in our shop.
• The last time you managed to log in-game.
• A screenshot of the inbox that received an email about this ticket — or of the inbox you are having trouble with.
