"The first point in it gives 5% more damage and costs 1.635.200 AP"info in wowhead.
"The following points add 0,5% damage up to 14,5% more damage at 20/20"
-http://www.wowhead.com/spell=191731/armies-of-the-damned , the ghouls dont apply the addtional effects
-http://www.wowhead.com/spell=191741/double-doom , dont accmulate the 2 charges and the prob is same as before
