hello. so i sent an elemental lariat for recraft yesterday night. today when i logged in i dont see it in my orders or mail. i contacted the crafter he said he doesnt see it either. i relogged several times and doublechecked the inventory/mail/bank nothing is there. later this day i figured out that i also left a public gem craft order yesterday which is disappeared aswell. i also learned that im not alone with this issue a couple people also told me that their orders disappeared. if it was just regular orders it would be fine for me but my recraft order with max ilvl bis lariat with 3 sockets in it disappeared aswell so please pay attention to this.
help the guy !

аналогичная проблема, оставил заказ на переделку 2хвещей, по итогу: в сумке/ банке/ почте/ персонаже вещи отсутсвуют, тот кто делал заказ говорит что у него тоже вещей нету, хоть он и сделал
