Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Issue here is Havoc's Line Of Sight, let's say you face 2 people in arena, an enhancement shaman and an Hpal, you'll http://www.wowhead.com/spell=80240/havoc The Hpal and he'll run behind pillar, out of your LoS, then you"ll cast a chaos bolt / mortal coil / immolation on the warrior but it will still HIT the Hpal even tho he's OUT of your LoS which is an insane bug knowing that Mistweavers , Holypala, and Priest holy/disc CAN NOT dispell havoc (test it if you don't believe) and that is how Aquinna faked screenshot from PTR to prove his point and keep abusing this bugged spell to get his 2s rating.
How it should work : Let's say in the previous exemple, Esham=A and Hpal=B
If the lock hits Chaosbolt on the Enhsham and Hpal is in lock's LoS with havoc debuff on him , Chaos bolt should hit BOTH of them
If the lock hits Chaosbolt on the Enhsham and Hpal ISN'T in lock's LoS (even with havoc debuff), Chaos bolt should ONLY hit sham and not Hpal cauz he's not in warlock's LoS
If the lock casts Chaosbolt on the Enhsham (but he doesn't get the cast Off cauz shaman ran OUT of LoS) and Hpal is in Los it shouldn't HIT anyone
Steps for reproducing the issue: : Havoc someone then tell him to go out of your LoS (behind a pillar) then chaos bolt/mortal coil/ immolate someone else in your Los and it will still hit the Havoc'd target even if it shouldn't
