'Increases haste from items by 50%'
This part from the stance does NOT work!
I tested this with 7.930 haste (18.66 without 50% increase, with 50% increase 27.99) without Stance of the Wise Serpent.
It should give my Enveloping Mist 8 ticks and Renewing Mist 12 ticks.
Instead, it gave me 7 ticks Enveloping Mists and 11 ticks Renewing Mist.
I tested this with 11.855 haste (27.86 without 50% increase, with 50% increase 41.84) as well,
It should give my Enveloping Mist 9 ticks and Renewing Mist 13 ticks.
Instead, it gave me 8 ticks Enveloping Mists and 12 ticks Renewing Mist

Haste for Mistweaver is wrong on many levels.
1. The percent of haste is calculated correctly. However, Serpent Stance boosts haste incorrectly. It should multiply haste from items by 150% but it instead increases it by by 225%, presumably because that's 150%*150%.
2. However, this haste bonus is completely visual. While it shows that you have 225% more haste than you do, the game actually calculates cast times using your base haste. For example, 2464 haste (5.80%) decreases a 1.50s cast time to about 1.417 seconds (1.42 on tooltip). This is correct assuming your haste is not increased in any way. However, your haste SHOULD BE increased by 150% so the cast time should be 1.379s (1.38 on tooltip).
3. Haste doesn't affect some breakpoints.
* With 6300 haste, I should have 11 ticks on Renewing Mist but I have only 10. Normally, I would need 3145 haste to reach that breakpoint. http://i.imgur.com/Yo9rN5x.jpg
* For Enveloping Mist, I should have 7 ticks. I have 7. With enough haste for 8 ticks, I still get 7. With enough haste for no additional ticks, I get 6.

Works fine now on PTR
On the live servers: looks like everything stated in the tooltip is working fine now. However, breakpoints are still broken.
This fix is not yet applied to the live realms :)
Ok, on the PTR everything is working including breakpoints. However, breakpoints are not considering the 50% increase from Stance of the Wise Serpent. So I have enough haste for 14 ticks (17k haste) but I only get 13 ticks. Outside of Serpent Stance, I have enough for 13 ticks but not 14.
Breakpoints work for me on PTR, tested with enveloping: 8 ticks in MW stance (25% haste in MW stance)

First image: I have enough haste for 16 ticks, 14 ticks occurred.
Second image: I reforged enough haste to allow 16 ticks assuming everything is fine but 13th ticks if my assumption is correct. 13 ticks occurred.
Basically, it seems like Stance is not increasing haste dependent spells. I also got the same problem with Enveloping Mist. Enough for 10 ticks, got 9: https://i.imgur.com/5pXxEws.png
I think I messed up and got the whole tiger stance haste thing backwards. You're supposed to calculate breakpoints in Tiger Stance, so in my case 14 ticks would have been correct. Sorry about that.
