Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Cannot complete the quest "A Celestial Experience." On accepting the quest, tried speaking to Xuen (there were three of them in the room and I talked to all 3) and it did not credit "Speak to Xuen." It did not spawn an enemy for the first test.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Accept quest and try to complete it.
