In the starting zone of the Gobline there is the npc https://www.wowhead.com/npc=34692/sister-goldskimmer. She buffs every player around her ( 0-10 distance)
with the spell https://www.wowhead.com/spell=74973/power-word-fortitude and says "It's not much, but it just might keep your green skin intact."
