Before recently patch Herb Trainer in Boralus Declan Senal (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=136096/declan-senal) used to give quests to improve herbalism level, but now he doesn’t do it.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
1.Take a char with highest BFA herbalism.
2. Goto to the Herbalism Trainer in Boralus.
3. He doesn't give any quests, but he must.
I have the same problem. Aossí 120 alliance. I want to up my herbal skills so i can gather more herbs, but need the quest. Hopefully they will address it
