As the title says the problem is people are being able to q as double healer in a rated arena 3s while it shouldn't be possible on legion at all being myself playing on retail I can confirm that u can't q as double healer in 3s or 2s and some players started abusing it here as I can see and this need urgent fix and some warning for those people abusing it and before everyone start to do it making rated arena cancerous and disgusting thanks for ur time.
