Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Level 3 Garrison doesn't have npcs, since it's not working normally on Sylvanas. I transfered my Priest from the Warlords of Draenor realm, which is why I think more people have this problem. Is there a way to fix it? I already made a ticket asking about it, but I was asked to report it on Bugtracker, so here I am.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Level to 90 in WoD, make a garrison, get 100, get level 3 garrison and transfer to Legion.
It whould be great for garison to work , I had my druid transferred and same problem no npc almost , just the bankers and professions npc there , I think mine is garrison lvl 2
I whould play more on firestorm if I had both garrisons working 100%.
maybe we get a fix this year
