We should be able to sell the item Commendation of Service to all vendor, but when we try to sell it we have a message saying "The merchant doesn't want that item".
Yesterday we were able to sell it, maybe you did an update and I didn't see it.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
Go to Shattrath where horde battlemaster are and buy it, it costs 3 honor points.
