Complete description of your issue: Rares in Tanaan Jungle drop items that are supposed to give players a piece of gear appropriate to their class specialization. These items do create gear for your class, but are missing secondary stats. They have Primary stats (Stamina + Strength, Intellect or Agility) and minor stats (Gem, Warforged, Leech, Speed etc.) but not the secondary stats (Critical Strike, Haste, Mastery etc.). Without secondary stats, these items are useless for any specialization.

Steps for reproducing the issue:
1. Kill rares in Tanaan Jungle until you obtain one of the listed items (or just buy the from vendors at your outpost in Tanaan)
2. Right click the item
3. Check what you got.
