Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): When wielding a two handed weapon as a frost death knight, the Killing Machine Proc (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=51128/killing-machine) should be triggered by all critical auto attacks due to Might of the Frozen Wastes (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=81333/might-of-the-frozen-wastes), currently it DOESN'T ALWAYS trigger.

Steps for reproducing the issue: As a frost death knight equip two handed weapon, pick killing machine talent and try out on a dummy.
