when completing quest 66247 i found a problem when killing mobs they drop quest items needed to complete the quest but when killing mobs in packit drops more quest items than needed because of this the quest is reset if you kill them one by one you can complete the quest , I think it's because there are no restrictions that prevent you from choosing more items than you need
