The Death Knight's ability Summon Gargoyle does not benefit from the player's PvP Power, and the current damage formula is very possibly incorrect, as its damage in PvE scenarios is higher than it should be.
I believe the correct formula is as follows:
[468 to 778 + (Attack Power * 0.578)] * 1.mastery%; and * (1 + 0.PvPPower%) * (1 - 0.Resil%) for further PvP damage calculations.

Gargoyle can also not be interrupted. If you kick gargoyle, it will just start recasting again, instead of being locked from its magic school.

Oh, what I meant is that Summon Gargoyle cannot be interrupted right now, it just starts recasting after being kicked, but it should be locked.
I hope that clears out any misunderstanding.

Interrupting the Gargoyle works, but the damage is still off, and is still not affected by the player's PvP Power.

PvP Power correctly affects it now, but the damage formula is still wrong.
It's doing too much damage. The formula I posted is closer to what the damage should be like.

didnt test the pvp power adding though
