Steps for reproducing the issue:
Simple task execution. Find Huldar, Miran, and Saean and click on Huldar to complete the quest.
Unfortunately, it is impossible, because Huldar has a grayed out question mark all the time.
The same should be a simple fix for the task. Click and the quest is completed.
Quest works, Just did it today, but was unable to yesterday but got a quest form ironforge or dun morogh to go speak to the quest giver of this NPC and then was able to complete it.
