ElvUI 8.3 (Fixed for FS)

We all enjoyed Elvui in 8.2 and before, but with 8.3, several options stoped working.

This is a fixed version for Firestorm, that solves all these issues.
Please not this doesn't come from me, I'm just sharing it.
