Sometimes, ignore the dampening.
Yesterday, I saw a Holy Priest healing 14% to 100% of hp on Spirit, at 70% Dampening.
It should not heal up 100% of life. I think it's an issue with the 75 talent that up your healing or something. But most likely it has an issue with other spells and it's being boosted.
This is urgent since it's so op that it can be gamebreaking even in PvE ( guardian the tank who is about to die even if he take massive dmg, he get fully healed )

At the moment there are cases where it should bring you back to 50% and it only does half of it due to healing reuction effects you ahve on you and i'm not talking about dampening, my question is: is it supposed to be that way ? because that severely hinders the purpose of the spell imo, i'll have to check for it but i don't have the time atm, if anyone could try and check that
