Celestial Alignment don't work correctly. The effect say increases damage but don't work the damage inflicted is reduced.

For me the damage is not reduced. The mastery http://www.wowhead.com/spell=77492/mastery-total-eclipse doesn't work on it when it should.
I would love btw that I am the class master even tho i dont have my powers for some reason but can you let me do my own thing please? :D

Indeed, the Balance Mastery wasn't working with Celestial Alignment, which is probably why you are doing less damage, this is now fixed.

The problem here is that http://www.wowhead.com/spell=112071/celestial-alignment should be affected by Mastery.
Right now it's not.
But also because it's affected by Mastery and you are not in a state of lunar or solar eclipse, the http://www.wowhead.com/spell=79577/eclipse passive should be disabled during the CA buff because CA already benefit from 15% increase in damage which is the same as Eclipse.
Also Eclipse is already affected by Mastery. When CA was fixed long time ago, the 2 buffs were taking mastery so you had double mastery in action.
Since Celestial Alignment consumes all Solar and Lunar energy, it is usually best to use to use it immediately after exiting an [Eclipse] state, when there isn't any Solar or Lunar Energy to lose.

You should not get the benefit from Eclipse since you aren't in any Eclipse when you are under Celestial Alignment.

More damage for the boomkins omg !! give him 2500 rating free better.
Celestial alignment also should 15 % extra damage for starsurge because the effect say ¨increase damage done by your nature and arcane spells by 15%¨ and starsurge damage is spellstorm damage 15% nature and 15% arcane but i don´t 100% sure. Should I open a new report explain that because is longer to explain
Actually i was thinking that also but i dont know either.
I did few tests and Celestial Alignement increased much more than 15% the damages (close to 30% for wrath and 24 for starfire). When starsurge got an increasing of 10%. Did this naked.
So, what was really the subject of the report (the current state of it) ?

Any ETA ? cause having no burst is not great atm
Currently the spell needs a nerf and not a up. On every testing that I did the damages were too high.
Do you have any data to give me on your side ?

The first starsurge is without my burst and the second is with. They did the same amount of damage when the second one should do more.
