Visual effect doesn't work at all.

In the picture you can see how the tick doesn't increase the damage a 2'5%.

It should grows damaga EVERY tick it does when an enemy is on the AoE.

2201/2175-> 1,01% damage increase between first and last tick on 3 targets, it should be 2,5 increase per target and 2,5 per tick
