Drain life is healing too much, has incorrect formula.
Formula for wowhead: heals 1% of max HP each time it deals damage.

my hp is 322k (with grimore +20% hp), 322000 * 0,01 = 3220 healing on first tick, 3542 on 2nd, etc due to passive (10% more each time you deal damage with drain)
But, i heal for 4128. 30% more healing.
With glyph (100% more healing) and talent (100% more healing): 3220 * 2 * 2 = 12880
But, i heal for 16504. Diffrence increases while casting, so total diffrence in healing is HUGE.

P.D.: "Empowered Drain life", Talent and Glyph are working right. The problem is the base spell itself.
I wish to make a correction to my comment ahead about "Empowered Drain Life", Is Not working right.
Currently it heals 9% extra each time it heals not 10%. You can check this when testing drain life.
i checked on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=auqayErg_2A and in the minute 5:44 Warlock casts Drain Life.
and the "Empowered Drain Life" calculation is 10% each time it heals.
So Currently a full drain life cast, makes that "Empowered Drain Life" heals 45% extra instead 50%

After this weekly update 2016/01/08 "Empowered Drain Life" is not taking effect, i must asume is because drain life is beeing fixed. Spell first tick is still healing more than supposed.

1st tick 10k = 10k
2nd tick 10k + (10k * 10%) = 11k
3rd tick 10k + (10k * 20%) = 12k
4th tick 10k + (10k *30%) = 13k
5th tick 10k + (10k * 40% ) = 14k
6th tick 10k + (10k * 50%) = 15k
