Eviscerate formula is incorrect. Currently Eviscerate is not affected by hemmorhage.

Formula from wowhead (5 combo, hemmo): [(Attack power * 0.559) * 1.22* (1 + versadmg) * 5]
This is further increased by mastery for subtlety spec.
For 4977AP, 2,95% versadmg, 65,41% mastery, target's armor reduction 23,6%, target's versa def 4,38%, 15% reduction from pvp set:
4977*0,559*[0,88]*1,0295*5*1,6541*0,9562*0,85=12941 ---- without hemo ----- DMG tested = 12900, correct
4977*0,559*[1,22]*1,0295*5*1,6541*0,9562*0,85=17942 ----- with hemo ----- DMG tested = 12900, incorrect
