Webbed debuff should only make the target unable to flee/swap pets, it shouldn't be a control loss. So now it can lock your pet out for unlimited amount of rounds, therefore it's an abuse.

(Will try to confirm later, but it's the same debuff, so it's most likely a perm lockout aswell)
