Apparently bandits-guile doesn't increase eviscerate damage.
As you can see in the images eviscerate does 13199 damage in every different step of bandits-guile.
-How it should work: For every 4 sinister strikes it should increase your damage dealt by:
10% While shallow insight.
20% While moderate insight.
30% While deep insight or 50% if you are lvl 92 or higher empowered bandits-guile.
This maximum effect will last for 15 seconds before fading.
