The problem : The chilling Touch is one of the most important mecanic and difficulty of Jaina, actually it's possible to remove it with another spell than : "Divine shield" (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=642/divine-shield) .
I could remove it on me and my friends with this spell : "Blessing Freedom" (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=1044/blessing-of-freedom)
You have to check all the others spell who can remove "speed reduction" i guess & correct it !
