Whats happened with monks global CD? Haste doesnt influences on Gobal CD. I think haste now disabled on monks(wind walker). Haste from bloodlust doesnt influences on GCD too. Please check it. The bloodlust doesn't influence in any dot class.
The problem is pve related, there was no problem when i joined a battleground(Twin Peaks)

Cmon , with this bug of GCD its unreal to play in PVE , pls fix ASAP.
The GcD isn’t bugged. That’s how it should be. It was bugged before, where people had way too fast gcd. The problem is another, where certain abilities sometimes tend to be delayed, but it’s already addressed afaik. So everybody relax.
