Steps for reproducing the issue:
Use Ascendance and it should double your healing and distribute it evenly over the nearby allies.
For example:
On Retail:
Normal healing surge = 123925 healing
Alone no party + Ascendance = 123925 + 123925 (duplicated by Ascendance) = 247850 healing
In a party with 2 + Ascendance = 123925 + 61963 (duplicated and evenly distributed by Ascendance) = 185888 healing
On Sylvanas:
Normal healing surge = 123925 healing
Alone no party + Ascendance = 139363 healing
In a party with 2 + Ascendance = 131644 healing
