Arguments:
- lightning bolt dmg is based on HITS not MULTISTRIKES and i have over 70% in raid around 64% without raid
- lava burst has also similar problem because it sometimes hits under 30k even in raid when i have all stats boosted
- fulmination has also problem it doesn´t have any logic that I with 8,7k spell pwr under proc hit 30-50k fulmination on 17+ stacks
- ascendance is more less okay but I don´t see a lot of Lava surge as i hoped to see ( had tested if it depends on more critical or haste, none have showed huge differents )
- 2p set bonus is not working good since my multistrike dmg should've been increased by 1% of every stack used on Fulmination so if i get 20stacks and i use Fulmination i should get 20% increased dmg on mustrikes ( so 36% which i have by default + 20% it should deliver attacks which are 56% of normal value )

Added bug:
LAVA SURGE - doesn´t proc as often as it should and it doesn´t reset my cooldown of Lava Burst spell.
ASCENDANCE - doesn´t strike with multihits durning the burst as it should instead it hits non multi nor crit dmg, and shield stacks by x1 (haaaardly ever stacks x2) and lava burst dmg is silly.
- There´s no bug on shield , it can stack by +1,+2,+3 depending on yours multistrikes
- Lava surge proc is good (+/-10%)
- Lava burst damage formula is good
-Fulmination damage is good
- all spells damage formulas are good
- Ascendance work fine
What is wrong:
- Multistrike rates are good on all spells except on lava burst ( critic rate should give an extra multi but already reported ) (lava burst should have more multi proc than others spells)
-didnt test tier17 but looks bugged .
I think Elemental has so low damage to other classes in PvP (for example Lava Lash critical is about ~33k in PvP and Lava Burst is about ~10k).
Shami bug is about lava burst multis not about damage formula :

This shami deals around 48% dps with lavaburst but its lava burst damage Is equal to FS lava burst damage.
the problem is simple, if Lava Surge procs while i`m casting Lava burst, it does not reset his CD, this means that i have to wait full CD to use Lava burst.
This, for Elemental Shamans, is a really Big problem, because more lava Burst is addictional bare DPS and if using Elemental Fusion More lava surge means more stacks of that passive, that means more famage of flameshock or earth shock.
so, this is a big problem for us.
If the lava surge bug happens like in the description , not even the 4p bonus tier 17 works to give a lava surge proc ( dors not reset che cd)
Monkabbestia it doesnt work, i tested it. It doesnt reset CD on Lava Burst, after u spend Lava Burst (if you dont use Echo of Elements) than you are screwed.
YES! I can confirm that when Lava Surge procs during the casting of Lava Burst - you still have to wait for the CD instead of GCD.
With the talent Echo of the Elements, it should replenish 1 charge but does nothing as well!
This is a big let down because Lava Surge is our main hitter (and it doesnt even hit hard! so every little bit counts!)
I put the report in "New Report" waiting for a test to be made, to say whether or not the bug is still relevant.
