Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): I have been progressing in the kalimador area with my tauren paladin, and i found out that i have a full gear of 100+ item level, and its just says your item level is: 9. I tried to re-equip the gears but didnt work. I tried to re login ... everything. When i unequip a gear my gear level go down by 1. Sometimes i have to take out 2 items to go down by 1 item level. I dont know whats the issue for me. But its been days for now.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
I have the same problem. My items are around 180 but it's showing as item level 30. My name is Quintzan on Dornagal.
Same problem here. My items are around 280 but it's showing as item level 48. I am very weak because of this, barely can kill 1 mob. Other players with the same lvl are kill the same mob with 2-3 hits.
My name is Aepok on Dornagal.
I can confirm that Shadowlands - BFA - Outland etc. older content's equipments are bugged. They show good stat and ilvl, but when you equip them, your ilvl only goes up by 1.
Once you reach lvl68 and start the TWW campaign, the items you get there are working fine, they give you good stats and ilvl.
This will also restore the damage and HP and it will no longer be a problem to kill 1 mob.
