The engineering Wyrmhole Generator: Dragon Isles toy does not work once you max up the profession and get all the skills ranks into Novelties.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Go to Engineering specialization - Mechanical Mind - Then go to Novelties. The last upgrade at level 30/30 (at novelties) is for the Wyrmhole generator. It does not work. These Signal Transmitters that are scattered across the Dragon isles are not in game. Cannot be seen or clicked. So we can't pick where to teleport to (to which zone, so its just random..)

It is still bugged and not fixed until now; please fix otherwise engineering is completely useless and i've just wasted 30+ knowlege points for nothing! This SHOULD not be a thing.
