I did some quests with the NPC ''Radiya'' and at a certain point I freed an animal called Lizi, and I accepted a quest that said to talk to the NPC Radiya at the Springs again, but she just isn't there. Other players are also experiencing the same problem.

Yes, it's bugged but I got a workaround. If you talk with the NPC right after you accept the quest (before she disappears), it counts as quest credit and she is present with question mark at the spring. Hope this helps some people that want to do it... But hope it will get fixed to work properly.

Seems like thread starter here put the bug report in wrong category, he should write this report in "Quest" Category, not "Dragonflight" Category..
Almost all the report in this "Dragonflight" Category was not read by the Devs..
Could anyone move this report to "Quest" Category? or make a new thread report about this bug in "Quest" Category?
