After I used the item "Broker Mark of Distinction" (bought today at 17:00 ST at Au'Dara in Oribos) the renown was only increased to level 40 for night fae covenant instead of the new 60 renown. It is supposed to instantly give Renown 60 in current covenant as of 9.2.5.

Maybe it wasn´t updated with patch reset.
Could you please fix this issue?

the "Broker Mark of Distinction" item says it goes up to renown 60, it doesn't, it goes up to renown 40.

with the content update "Broker Mark of Distinction" should increase the renown to 60 but it's still at 40

Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): After I changed my Covenant to Night Fae (from Necrolods) I sent item called Broker Mark of Destinction from different character to increase my Renown to 40 immediately, but what happened was just +1 renown level to every Covenant and not +40 to Night Fae.

Item Broker Mark Of Distincion it suppose give you 60 renown lvl with your Covenant.
In game is item which should give you 40 renown.
But when you use him it only give you +1 renown, so it isnt working properly. It scams you for 500 G !

- Renown catchup item grants 1 renown per use instead of 40. Used it on my 0 renown necro when I switched today and I got 1 renown on use. Had to use 19 more to get to renown 20.

Note:
- If it's of any help I had used 2 items prior, 1 when I first joined Venthyr and 1 when I switched to Kyrian, so it worked for both of those, but now that I switched to Necro and tried to use it, it only gave me one renown per use.
- If possible I'd like to be refunded the gold on my warlock named Lockche for all but one item. Should be ~20 items used, need 19 refunded. You can see them all sent to Monkeytaro by mail in the span of 10 minutes at around 3:00-3:20 am server time. (I'm assuming you keep records of who mails what to whom)

Now it's worse, it only increases the renown by 1 and doesn't raise it to 60 as it should be...
How is this possible?

It used to work before, how is it not working anymore?

Both items are missing from its shop.

Некорректно работает игровой предмет Знак отличия брокеров, продающийся у вендора Ау'дара в Орибосе.
Продающийся предмет при использовании должен повышать уровень известности в текущем ковенанте до 40 уровня.
Фактически же он повышает текущий уровень известности на 1 уровень во всех ковенантах.
Проверено дважды.
Прошу компенсировать затраты на второй предмет и повысить уровень известности на персонаже Тэк-Орибос.

2. Использовать предмет Знак отличия брокеров на персонаже с уровнем известности в текущем ковенанте ниже 40.
3. Получить 40 уровень известности в текущем ковенанте

It continues to work badly, I think I'm not wrong in saying that it is something that can be solved very quickly. This object is essential to allow people to change to a character that works better and not continue with the same bug characters

Steps for reproducing the issue: Buy and use.

This is fixed now and correctly sets renown to 60. It is broken in the fact that it also sets all undiscovered covenants renown to 60 as well so when you switch to them you can't use the item and get none of the renown items you're supposed to get.

This is a far worse bug than it seems. The ability to "catch up" alts at the end of an expansion or just discover other covenants abilities is ruined by an item that robs you of most of the benefits.

For example. You want the other covenant transmogs or the ability to level up your primary covenant followers for missions. Using it gives you the benefit on only one covenant, all the others it increases renown to 60 but denies all the bonus items, tmogs, ect.

You also cannot purchase it on alts that should be able to purchase it, you have to do it on your main and mail it. Smaller bug, but still relevant.

This is particularly bad now if you played previous patch and your old covenant is no longer the best choice. You should have been able to use it multiple times on other covenants you hadn't upgraded before to pool the wisps of memory on what would be your new main covenant to catch up your followers level so they didn't trail behind your previous main covenant.

This really should be fixed so it works on ONLY the covenant you use it on not all. It doesn't even function correctly when updating all since none of the inactive covenants reward any of the gained renown rewards.

This completely ruins the best use of these which is to catch up followers on your end of expansion chosen covenant.

Yet another bug that hasn't been fixed in a year!!!!!! well done staff, well done /clap
