To receive it you'll need an account, if you don't have an account you may create one here. Once you have created the account, you'll need to log in to your account.  If you haven't downloaded the game or don't have it, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section: https://firestorm-servers.com/en/faq/index/18.

To receive this offer (free character), you'll need to login to the game, create a new character and talk to the non-player character "Boris".  The non-player character will be placed at each start area and capital cities. You shouldn't be able to miss Boris, he's a Tauren on a rooster mount!

Once you have found Boris, talk to him and you'll level up to max level, receive your class spells, and as well as a mount with 60% speed!

After talking to him he'll switch to a vendor to provide you equipment to start on our servers. As a friendly reminder, this offer is limited to one account and IP Address by expansion. So you can get your free characters on one of these expansions or all!
