All items from the server Silvana became tied to an account and are not transferred to characters on other accounts, are not laid out for auction, are not sold to merchants, are not placed in the guild bank. But at the same time, they are successfully transmitted by mail between the characters of one account. And this problem is with the things transferred from the Legion server (pets, resources, etc.). All new created the same items successfully transferred and sold.
I have the same problem in Sethraliss :((
