Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): So my DK has been bugged for months now, I haven't been playing this character for a while because I would never get an answer to my ticket. My Frost Crux in Order Hall has been bugged since the first time I got that order hall talent. I got it ready but there's no way to pick it up and it has been so for a while. Anyone got any suggestions on how to fix that or do I have to rely on GM's and wait for them to open my ticket? I have added a screenshot.
