not sure why it is assigned to me,
but the current bug is that the energy regen will sometimes stop and doesn't continue anymore for a brief second (so rather then decreasing your energy by a small amount it now stops it rather then having normal regen

Energy regeneration was broken, the client was regenerating energy faster than the server, leading to rollbacks.
