"When dual-wielding... your Frost Strike damage is increased by 50%."
Frost Strike's base weapon damage is 115%. When dual-wielding, that should increase to 172.5% (rounded to 173% in the tooltip). however, this bonus occurs even when using one 2H weapon. See screenshot for proof. See wowhead link for proof that Frost Strike base damage is 115% (in MoP).

omg so this is why les duel-wielding is unused ! but even like that the Fdk still a weak class for me !

As explained in another ticket, Threat of Thassarian doesn't seem to actually be increasing Obliterate damage.
It seems to just be a visual bug.
