felblade reset chance is like 20 or 30% for me in 10 hit i got 2 reset its so low i dont have this problem last week in burst time i dont get reset chance i dont know this bug from where is it (item or talent again) some one chack it again
This issue really pulls havoc dps down alot. This became an issue some time around last week. This has to be addressed asap as it affects our only viable build for the ToS tier.
The last time there were any changes made to 'Felblade' was in patch(7.1.0, so for there to be a major difference of Felblade reset chance with our current 7.3.5 patch compared to our previous 7.1.5 means there's problem.
Theres been a missunderstanding between QA and Dev working on that issue. Proc chance for Vengeance DH was implemented for Havoc by mistake. Will be fixed in next few days.
EDIT: This wasn't the issue after all, Dev working on the spell did something wrong and spell isn't procing at all now. Also, Eye Beam and Demonic fixes coming soon!

now [Felblade] fixed and resets ok and trait [Critical Chaos] has bugged dont give bonus damage to [Chaos Strike]

get them to fix mythic plus loot while you're at it
I don't know if you you is the same but, in pvp i have the talent "demon blades"...and it doesn't reset the CD of felblade
Is this a bug??? because without demon blades talent it resets but with it not.
also "Demonic" talent doesn't increase the time of demon form if i'm on it when i use Eye Beam.
