report : frost mages serious BUG

Character (name, faction, level...): Frost mages, ----> skill : frozen orb

This skill http://www.wowhead.com/item=43102/frozen-orb produces one error to all nearby players that causes the server closed with an error message. This bug are causing many problems because people use this bug skill in bg or events to give advantage. Please fix this problem Its URGENT
