Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): This boomkins talent http://www.wowhead.com/spell=202354/stellar-drift currently is bugged and once you cast http://www.wowhead.com/spell=191034/starfall allow you to cast this honor talent http://www.wowhead.com/spell=33786/cyclone when the target is behind the pillar in ligh of sight from you.You just need to start the cyclone cast when you see the target in your ligh of ight and even if he go behind pillar to prevent the cast.....it still get cloned.For you the clone show as failed but your target still reciev the clone on himself.Kinda unavoidable to get cloned whit this bugged talent.
