When http://www.wowhead.com/spell=189870/power-of-the-archdruid procs there's no way I can use it, I keep spamming http://www.wowhead.com/spell=774/rejuvenation or http://www.wowhead.com/spell=231032/regrowth on targets and the buff doesn't get consumed so it does not applies http://www.wowhead.com/spell=774/rejuvenation or http://www.wowhead.com/spell=231032/regrowth to two additional targets, the buff just expired without getting consumed. I don't know if is working for other but that's not my case.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
U can use it if target dont have hot from Regrowth or Rejuvenation, if target is affected by it it dont work kinda, again Germination is a problem as for many mechanic for druid, also it proc from Healing Touch, Lifebloom Bloom part and Regrowth, its nice op bug but u stop control anything, also sometimes even if ppl are close each other it give 2 of 3 rejus or regrowth, doesnt matter if they are close each other.

What i´ve seen today, sometimes it apllies 2 regrowths or rejus ( just one extra proc, not 2) but only on targets within like 5y of each other.
Bugged again u do get the buff but no reju or regrowth jumps from the proc

Many spells bugged out after the big ''update'' i think. From what i know: Adaptation doesn't work anymore.

Confirmation, la puissance de l'archidruide est passé du statut aléatoire (entre 1 et 4 cibles avant) à totalement bug (0 cible supplémentaire et ne fonctionne plus du tout). Sort vital pour le druide heal.
Exact, la puissance de l'archidruide proc mais les réta et recup supplémentaires ne proc pas.

Lewd, you probably don't play Resto Druid since you say that. Check it out again.
They ''fixed'' it so now it just doesn't work at all. Private servers fixes are always like this: They fix some other spells/mechanics but the current working ones bugg's out.
Talent is now correctly consumed by rejuvention and regrowth
EDIT: Tested http://www.wowhead.com/spell=189870/power-of-the-archdruid and it works just as it should. Proc's by http://www.wowhead.com/spell=48438/wild-growth only and is consumed correctly by rejuvenation, germination and regrowth.
The last time i was checking it was yesterday. Sorry for the inconvenience.
