report : SoO : avoiding the rotation on Blackfuse

Royaume : Garrosh

On this server, players can avoid the switching rotation for making the belt in Siegecrafter Blackfuse.

Two problem here :
- first, the boss doesn't pull player on the belt to the boss's platform when all weapons are passed
- second, on this server, the timer of the debuff http://www.wowhead.com/spell=144236/pattern-recognition, reset every 2-3 sec when standing on the belt. Normaly this debuff can't be refresh, a player win it when he takes the tubing for going on the belt.
