Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Seal fate never gives 2 combo points. I have the legendary that gives you 100% crit and still i got only one combo point the tooltip says that combo point for every crit is given, seeing that Mutilate is a 2 strike attack it should give 2 with 100% crit strike.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Just hit a target with mutilate and watch if you get 2 combos from it i thinks in my experience id does not happen
both mutilate crit = 4 combo points
Seal Fate prox per spell not per attack, so mutilate can generate max 3 cp not 4. Its independ if one or both mutilate crits.
I know how it works no matter how mutch crit chance(123%) i have i never get the points.
Mutilate (www.wowhead.com/spell=1329) triggers two spells - Mutilate (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=5374) and Mutilate Off-Hand (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=27576). These spells have their own critical chance, so they can crit (or not) separately from each other.
At the moment we have situation like this: if crits one of these spells (Mutilate or Mutilate Off-Hand), rogue gets 1 additional cp from Seal Fate and it works properly.
If they both crit, rogue still gets 1 additional cp from Seal Fate. But in this case Seal Fate should give 1 cp for each crit = 2 additional cp.
