The All Will Serve talent is bugged, in which the Risen Skulker pet does not have a bow and does not attack ranged. The Skulker should be using a skill called Skulker Shot http://www.wowhead.com/spell=212423 as well as this skill here: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=207260
Steps for reproducing the issue: Select All Will Serve Talent, find a group of mobs and make your pet attack them.
