report : Sudden Death

Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): The spell Execute has been fixed when the target is below 21%, but if Execute procs with the talent "Sudden Death", you're able to consume additonnal rage to do more damage, which shouldn't be the case because this execute costs nothing so you shouldn't do dmg as if u had 40 rage.
Because of this we can open people with 200k execute damage if we pop recklessness avatar trinket proc etc... because sudden proc always procs first in 1 or 2 sec.


Steps for reproducing the issue: Execute someone who's not below 21% with Sudden Death proc

Execute when target is below 21% is fixedn you just have to remove that fact that we're able to consume additional rage with Sudden death proc, the damage of sudden death proc is the same as execute when you have only 10 rage !

don't forget to take 6.1.2 changelog for execute link and 6.1.0 changelog for sudden death
