Description: The recipe to learn mining in draenor is mined in all mines from there.
Issue: http://www.wowhead.com/item=111349/a-treatise-on-mining-in-draenor#mined-from-object should be dropped in all mines, even the citadel's mine, but you never get it, although you can to mine without have it in draenor, but it's really very difficult to get the recipe, i already mined all zones from draenor & didn't obtain the recipe. Could you please increase the chance or check if the drop is really working the recipe's loot? Because it's a miracle to see it. I only say that in legion's realm you easily get the recipe, just mining a little, but in draenor is a madness.
